  10. I had an incident like that some time ago, I find another way to really pee them off is, in addition to completely ignoring them, is give them the tired, boring , yawn gesture ( right hand gently tapping at mouth ) . Far better than a finger or any other crude gesture I find

  15. Mine's deffo a UK car but it came up as a Fairlady on one of the companies I spoke to from moneysupermarket.com, can't remember which one now though, sounds like a database error or such like.

  19. Alas, I remember it well It replaced purchase tax in 1973, started off at 8% . Fuel, tobacco and alcohol have always had variable (upwards) rates of tax compared to say a washing machine or fridge so when VAT was introduced it went straight on top of the existing taxes. Pete

  23. Good post Rich. Never!! I enjoy the Zed too much and hence I really do enjoy driving again. The whole experience puts a big smile on my face every time and no amount of tax/oil increase is going to take that away from me
