These particular ones will be fine Sarah they are designed specifically for road use. They are not noisy and are low dust for a performance pad, I ran them on the road in my R32 and was really impressed. We don't recommend them for any serious track use but fast road/light track they are great

If its just a dyno run you won't have anything to worry about if the engines in good nick. You're right in saying rusty parts need to be treated first, just spraying over them with underseal is fairly pointless. If you treat them first with a good rust converter, I have found Blit Hamber products to be good for that http://www.bilthamber.com/corrosion-treatments. Then for sealing the metal POR-15 is excellent. Dinitrol so a really good cavity wax for the box sections and hidden areas and I have found Terrotex HV350 good for converting steel suspension parts. Its not expensive if you do it yourself just time consuming to do properly but very worthwhile as no 350Z came with proper protection, UK or Import. For the cavity wax you will need an air compressor and underseal gun, some good products on here http://www.rust.co.uk/

Of course it would make more difference if you are running on track where you would see the temps much higher, It's summer now and hot days so if your car is hot and stuck in traffic it for sure is a good thing

I've used all the parcel compaines over the years, the only ones we use now are Fed-Ex who are by far the best, UPS and DHL. DPD are good as well but coverage up here is not. All the rest are hopeless, MyHemes has to be one of the worst out there, I can't believe some of the big companies that use them.

They run height adjustable platforms giving a maximum drop of Front -77mm and Rear -60mm. They are a complete kit with springs built with Teins own replacement rubber upper mounts, Unlike the usual Chinese/Taiwanese kits you wont have issues with noisy upper mounts. They are a 2 way damper top adjusted with 16 levels of damping force from soft to hard. This kit is compatible with EDFC unit which electronically adjust the dampers from soft to hard with wiring mounted to the upper mounts.
