Just read your post again could possibly one of the two sensors in the tank, its quite common to fail.

Gauge is inaccurate, what does the DTE read? I ran mine for a few miles when the DTE showed - - - - and only got 71 litres in. I can only get 60 litres in or so if the DTE is showing 40 - 50 miles left.

Just a quick reply pal as ive got to scoot, 6 hours sleep isnt enough, your body will be very stressed if your training hard and drug free. Diet needs way more protein. Eggs are your best friend, your body doesnt need to break the food down to get the protein. This is me bear in mind im not looking to bulk, just tick over. When bulking Id eat more eggs and a mass gainer shake and more carbs through the day. Meal1 4 eggs at least on a oat cake or two rounds of whole meal. Meal2 Bodybuildingwarehouse protein shake. (Bodybuilding Warehouse All-In-One Performance Complete - 5kg) Meal3 Massive chicken breast, wholemeal rice, veg Meal4, Half a chicken breast on a pitta (this is pre gym snack taken an hour before) After gym (Custom recovery shake) Meal5 Same as 3 or sometimes steak Meal6 Bedtime slow release shake.

11 year relationship with the gym. I started at 13stone (6ft2) and im now 17 stone. Diet and consistency is the key, Train 3 to 4 times a week with a good split program and eat protein and carbs with every meal, ideally every 3 to 4 hours and get a good amount of sleep. You will grow, it just takes time and hard work.

Does miltek do a non res for the 350? I have never seen it listed

temped part x my 56 plate 300 in for this, however i think its on the strong side money wise

I wanted a 313 but ended up getting a 300, that had been really well cared for and saved my save a few thousand in the process. I honestly couldnt tell the difference between the two models power wise. I did however notice a 313 I drove had budget tyres on and this reflected in everything in the car. It felt sloppy, the interior was tired and it didnt handle/drive right. I always look to see what someone fits to there cars tyre wise to me if there willing to pay top dollar for these everything else will have been maintained not skimped on.

I change gear when the bird says were going a bit quick arnt we? I like to change 4k upwards as I cant hear what shes saying after this point

I got 71 litres in running mine on ---- for 5 miles

my V5 turned up two days before the paper work. I actually fitted as soon as the V5 arrived as I wasnt aware I was waiting for paper work!

I dont understand how anyone thinks the 350 OEM system is quiet? to me, when you start it up it is loud, and pushing on it sounds lovely. Are all the aftermarket sytems 3inch like the Miltek? This is the system I would probably go for after seeing one fitted to a Focus RS, really lovely bit of kit.

will it fit a revup? Mines a 56 plate
