  1. The cobra is a lovely sounding exhaust for the money! I have the resonated cat back! No need for anything else for daily use
  2. Roxy has taken to her straight from the off. There was probably a day or two when we first got Bo that she was a bit sceptical. But 3 months on they get on very well! Bo even learns from what Roxy does so not too much training is needed either! We have always loved Labradors. Have always had them growing up never any issues! Great family dogs and very loving!
  3. I'm in yarmouth on Sunday but will be heading back home to Bedfordshire around 3pm
  4. Why do people do this? Ive done 15+ trackdays on the standard discs and the car has never ceased to amaze me at how well it stops, even after 25 minute sessions. The brembo discs are bloody good, youd look at changing calipers before the discs and if the calipers arent good enough for you Id suggest trying out for GT Academy Agreed the standard disc is very good! It's mostly down to pad choice with things like this. Like I said I only do the occasional trackday and the discs hold up well! Oem pads and fluid aren't up to the track work though unless you are very soft on the brakes.
  5. I don't do many trackdays so I'm still running oem discs. I run the hawk hps at the moment and they are good for the road but don't last long on the track(fronts) I'm putting ds2500 in the fronts this weekend leaving the hawk pads in the rears as they seem to run well. I find the oem discs ok for occasional track work obviously if you were looking to do this more often I would recommend a disc more suited but for a road/occasional trackday balance I find the standard discs with a good pad are ok. Mine does also have braided lines and rbf600 brake fluid which is a must for track work.

  7. I will be there in the Z with some friends and my brother in his new purpose built 106 track toy. It's £100 for the day open pit lane gt circuit ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘🻠Anyone else considering this?
  8. Ok thanks guys will look into getting a battery before the winter sets in! Cheers
  9. I have the charger already from a family member. Thought it was worth a try as it's not costing me anything to potentially get the battery through this winter.
  10. Afternoon, after some advice. I'm looking into doing a battery recondition charge on my original 2008 battery as it's showing signs of age. To do this I will be disconnecting the battery from the car for about 24-36 hours (estimated time to complete cycle) Will I run into any issues with the alarm, or any other systems on the car having it disconnected for this amount of time? Thanks in advance
  11. Has anyone had any noise issues with a cobra non resonated with oem cats on any trackdays? Not sure on the Db level of these on full chat. Just asking as I'm going to bedford in a few weeks and they are known for the low Db level drive by noise limit. Thanks
  12. Had a go in this a couple months back at silverstone. Has had a few bits done, some expensive exhaust work, and intake. Remap, gearbox software map and big brakes. This was doing well and with a clean lap was holding its own against my uncles 991 gt3! Very impressive car and sounds awesome!
  13. M3 was good but seating position isn't that great. Found that a very lightly modded HR (uprev and cosworth panel filters) was very close in terms of straight line speed. Cornering I think the zed was actually slightly better. The e92 m3 on the other hand.... 👌
  14. I had a bit of trouble getting past an Audi A3 oil burner the other day 😕

  16. No noticeable difference in performance. Afterall it's only a cat back. I didn't want to go down the HFC route as it makes it too loud!
  17. It's a cobra resonated cat back. Very nice sound for the money. Speak to Mitz at cougar store if your interested ðŸ‘ðŸ»
  18. Ha! That must have been me on way to work! I put the hazards on just as I turned off.
  19. So you were watching it too . . . . -50 Man Points Ha, I have to admit I was watching! 😑
  20. While the girlfriend was watching eastenders I noticed this
  21. Power to weight in straights. Two like for like racers....My old s41a at 330bhp used to pass a friends stripped e46 (stripped with smg) on the majority of bedford + silverstone. Confident the HR would be similar to the e46 m3
  22. HR zed was pretty much level with the Cayman s at silverstone.
  23. White 370z nismo, black 370z, two black 350's one a 57 plate one a 52 and a silver 55 plate. All within a couple of hours ðŸ‘
