Just to throw a spanner in the works....... What we know a the Nismo MkII has been now designated as ...... "370Z GT Nismo V6" on the V5C. Seems Nissan did this from when the Nismo gained the enhanced Bose system with ANC and ASE (Active Noise Cancellation & Active Sound Enhancement). Don't know why? A new clerk doing the paperwork at Nissan HQ??

Oil gallery gasket 'problems' effect ALL 350 HR engined cars, and early 370 VHR engined cars. As yet the VIN No. at which the 370 was revised is not known......

That doesn't matter, if it was changed in 2012. If your 2011 manufactured car didn't get registered until 2013 for example. The VIN is what counts. They sold 2 roadsters in 2015. These were old stock from 2013/4. My old 350 was registered in March 09. The coupe production stopped in 2008.

Has anyone found out from what VIN did they upgrade the gaskets?? Or is Nissan not telling??

OK so it was bright red with brown sides........ Not too bad today, only had to 'ford' it in 4" of water by Clapper Bridge! 😩😩😩

Have a Speed Triple, but the Street still has the lovely 3 cylinder block with loads of low down grunt. My mate outed his Kawasaki 1000 for a 675 after riding my Speedie.

If you have an 08 350 then the system fitted is a Xanavi X7, and you can pick up an updated disc here:- http://www.navigationmaps.co.uk/ The 2013 disc was the last update disc produced for the X7 system.

CTEK MXS 5.0 Use it on the 370 and the 350 before it. Charges and conditions the battery. You can buy extra extension leads, and comes with the option to fit a connector direct to the battery. I type too slow......... 🤓

My mate from Blackpool is into this big time. He is part of "Team Rhino" a group who dress up in combat fatigues etc. He upgrades and modifies these pelet/paintball gun things. They come with bright coloured parts, but everyone changes them out to look real. Not my cup of tea at all. Now when I was a kid it was all about having a "Johnny Seven" ðŸ˜
