  1. Does anyone know if there are any issues that can be caused from running the lower ampage battery? I find it odd that the whole car runs 15 amps higher just for the connect premium, the car it's self is running fine and all connect features running.
  2. Bugger! I was told the 65ah, as they didn't have any info on the difference at 2 dealerships. I have premium connect in mine We'll I guess now it's a waiting game
  3. Chaps mine it's now 100% dead and a jump box won't even start it! The jump box let me lock it again though! Which battery did you get from Nissan as they list two but don't know which one?
  4. See this thread a while back and see your north Weald day - 2 weeks later went myself a really great day there! Spun it at 80 doing the high speed bend and lost my confidence for quite some time! Just fantastic actually having a real go with the traction control off. Be there again early next year

  6. Sorry to hear it went all with yours! Hope it all got replaced quickly and FOC. This also confirms mine isn't currently an issue, sorry that's what I have gained from your bad experiance!
  7. So just to clarify my car isn't starting as it looks like the battery has gone. Unable to even lock it. With a fully charged jump box it attempts to start and fails. Instead if a buzzing it attempts to turn over. However I'm happy it tried meaning it's not the steering lock, so just a battery for now. The jump box at least let me have power to lock the car and close the bonnet mostly without the alarm going off. However after looking into it my car does have the old lock (new ones are JFOOC-D) and mine ends JFOOC-B - Will be getting a new battery in and then once I'm able to use the car book it in to have lock replaced.
  8. I think I may have just experienced the steering lock problem! Few weeks back my key cone up as empty and few days after it wouldn't start - hit start and goes to On position but nothing. So replaced the batteries and had a jump box and started right away. Tested my battery and all fine. Today jumped in hit start and all lights flash and a loud ticking noise and nothing... Chassis no. Ends 0300972. Is this the symptoms of this or something else?
  9. The spoiler has finally arrived and I am very pleased. Perfect fit and the paint is well done and a good match from a quick offering. Unfortunately I have no time to fit for at least a week! Will post pics once fitted.
  10. I had this issue and was adjusted no problem under warranty. I do notice I I don't close it we'll (hard) enough then the passenger side does lift though. Just get the right momentum either side to ensure it fully closes.
  11. I had a warning of my key battery being low - it may be that. Perhaps get a new key battery and see if it comes back Strongly advised as mine wouldn't start in the end and had to change the batteries and give it a little help from a jump box to get bit started again!
  12. Doesn't sound right but you can never tell until it has fully dried. Find a section out of view under the arches or somwhere more difficult and put a small amount on, leave 24 hours and see how it comes out. Nissan doesn't do a stick for my colour but i got it from the scratch doctor and its pretty good. Good luck!
  13. Thats a dangerous suggestion, once i have a more couple bits done (CS spoiler on its way and wheel refurb) then im hoping to say - Thats it. A build thread just opens up more ideas from people and need to fill a build thread!
  14. Darren-B I see your in the south east and I have an exhaust you may consider - axle back tanabe/topspeed. Looks very similar to the fast intentions and noise is similar to the Invidia (I think anyway). The finish isn't as good as the FI but unless you are up close you can't see it. Plus it is much cheaper. It's axle back so you have the option of removing mid-pipe resonates or HFC's of you want louder later. I'm near lakeside shopping centre and more than happy to show and drive.
  15. Spacers now fitted Car looks much better now, just how it should have been. I am very pleased wit the results looks wise, just weary of their strength or loosening. Wing hub centric. Will be periodically checking to be safe

  19. I have a white 370 and he spoiler will match (if painted correctly!). For me it works on a normal rear bumper but also my diffuser is wrapped gloss bkack and I have a Tanabe axle back exhaust with tips per about 2 inches out - so aggressive enough I hope to pull it off.
  20. Based on everything here I have gone for the 25/20 combo. Would like I be more aggressive but it just brings the wheel thy much closer to the curb and still keeps a nice oem look. It has really played on my mind how inset the wheels are after seeing the comparisons.
  21. I have a Carbon signal Type--N in the making as we speak and be here in a week or two. For me it was beat as its a slightly more aggressive but still looks oem. Will post pics when here and fitted
  22. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't the ECU's adjust over 200 miles so maybe the tests where lag is being experienced is that the mapping isn't quite right on the different fuel. A friend ha thier car mapped and the tuner got a base BP ultimate mapping, his car had Tesco momentum and the guy had to start again as it wasn't as good. Saying that I run Tesco momentum and happy with it.
