  1. I mentioned to them that the side pieces pull off, so they can spray right over the sides of the roof.
  2. Fair enough. Makes sense
  3. I have similar to you, and I too only noticed it when cleaning. It's hardly anything but it's towards the front of the roof and now I know it's there, I need to get it fixed. I've been quoted £250 for a rub down, rust treatment and full roof re spray, so your quote is in the right ball park I think.
  4. Not trying to teach you how to suck eggs, but is the clutch slipping? These cars are well known for having a high biting point on the clutch.
  5. Are you local to St Neots Steve?
  6. Glad you managed to get out at last Looks a bit quick does that
  7. This is my one http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tv-dvd-blu-ray/televisions/large-screen-tvs-32-and-over/lg-55ub850v-smart-3d-4k-ultra-hd-55-led-tv-10010972-pdt.html
  8. I have just bought an LG 55" 4K 3D LCD TV and must say it's very impressive. It has passive 3D which I purposely chose as we have 3 kids and if the glasses get broken then it's only a couple of quid for a new pair. No batteries to keep charging either. It cost £1300 and for the money was the best deal for what it can do. It has a 1000hz refresh rate so no ghosting or lagging. It's great for the kids xbox games and I've just purchased the LG dual play glasses which let 2 gamers playing a split screen game to have both images blended together so each can only see their own game scene, but in full screen. 4K content is limited only to Netflix at the moment but the tv will try to upscale the input it sees. It replaces a 50" Panasonic plasma, that has nothing wrong with it, and I would've stayed with Panasonic, had they done an equivalent passive 3D version. The 3D on the LG is very good. It's made me jump a few times I have also just added an Apple TV box too, so I have full connectivity between iPhone, iPad, tv, and amplifier.
  9. Not sure she's going to be a sleeper to be honest. 19" Super Concave Rims 8/6 Pot Candy Apple Red BBK BodyKit Slight Tint windows Nah, I'm sure that'll blend into the background no problem
  10. How about this http://www.newreg.co.uk/search/search_results/0/0/listing/none/none/L-S-03-W-A-S/1/currentAdv.html
  11. Found these http://www.newreg.co.uk/search/search_results/numberplatessearch/text/newSearch/none/none/LS03-ZED/1/index.html
  12. I do like a number plate with ZZZ in it
  13. Hi mate. Yes your honour, guilty as charged. My cars definitely blue though I live in Huntingdon mate. Feel free to pop round and double check the colour any time, and I'll throw in a coffee too I blame it on all the driving I've done in the last 2 days to see a couple Zeds which have both been silver. Will definitely have to take you up on that offer! I'm just down the road in Chatteris. They actually come in other colours too

  15. I think most people say high mileage doesn't matter as long as it's been looked after and serviced to schedule. Personally, I wouldn't buy any car with that mileage, but that's just my opinion. It doesn't say in the ad if it's got service history. It also says leather seats and then later it says cloth?? No Rays alloys either. I'm purely viewing it as if I was going to buy it though, like anybody would, but what matters is what you think of it.
  16. I wish they did the throttle controller for the HR engine, but unfortunately it's not available Isn't that because the HR engine already runs like a DE engine with the throttle controller fitted. FI seems to be the only way to go with an HR
  17. for two years of ownership i have never looked how much it "eats"...its my toy car,I only did 2.5k in two years... I don't care how much mine uses either but was just trying to help you find some positive claim that the up rev has done something to your car
  18. Keep an eye on your mpg over the next few days. If your engine is now in tune with your mods, then surely the claim of better mpg will ring true.
  19. Glad you enjoyed it. I remember the first time I went out in one ( thanks tophooker), and got totally hooked. Mines a facelift and doesn't have a satnav. It was a dealer optional extra afaik, but I think most JDM imports have one. Glwts of your car ( soon to be ex)
  20. Wash 'n' go apparently adds hp
  21. Do the iPod hack, then you don't have to listen to any CDs again
  22. Yeah, I took a risk and it paid off. He blended it all perfectly and then polished the whole panel so did they mention the same thing to you with regards to the 350z paint? We spoke about how thin the paint is, but it didn't scare him off. He seemed to know his stuff. He explained that my paint is made up of black, navy and 2 different pearl additives I'm sure I read somewhere that it's only the 370 paint that's unworkable
  23. Yeah, I took a risk and it paid off. He blended it all perfectly and then polished the whole panel
  24. Chips away charged £160 for mine but it was a deep scratch so needed painting. 1/2" hole?? That's massive. I'm guessing he needs a hole that size cutting into the inner panel to get his magic tool through. Have a look at my damage and repair here http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/92448-moron-drivers/
