I think I'm actually going to remove mine, as they are horribly stiff and they are putting too much stress on my bonnet. They have actually pushed the bonnet up higher when it's closed.

Cheers for all the replies guys. Certainly gives me plenty to think about. I would like to do a track day in my own car one day, but I'm just not ready to do that yet. Rockingham is only 35 mins away from me so I might see what they have. I work within 5 mins of the track and hear something blasting around there every day of the week. What the guys are saying is that, yes you can put stickers on your car, but technically they won't be sponsors. You'll just be giving them free advertising space. Sponsors pay towards your running costs in return for advertising their companies on your car in front of crowds of people at racetracks etc.

I'm off to Knighton in Staffordshire in the morning. It will be my first decent run out. About 2 1/2 hour drive so I'll keep my eyes peeled for any of you guys along the way

And also, just for the thread, I'm also using 5W30 but The car was fitted with a new sensor in the last year.

It's more than likely that both of our readings are absolutely fine, but we each have different oil in our engines, therefore affecting our pressures. I'm not worrying about mine. I have a P3 service due just after Christmas so when the oil has been changed, I'll see if there is any difference then.

That's a lot different to mine. From a cold start it's up around 120, and once fully warm it's 60 at 2000 rpm. Mine's done 43k. Something doesn't seem right there then does it. With which one? Pressures from the workshop manual: Idle - More than 14 psi 2000 rpm - More than 43 psi So 20-30 normal driving doesn't sound right. Maybe both of ours. Your 120psi sounds high, and my just above minimum in stationary traffic seems low, according to the manual.
