Thats a 'Vodafone Sure Signal' box, we hand out loads of them to our sales reps with poor/no signal at home, they work pretty well.

They do get noisy with a single mass flywheel, so i've heard anyway. Why don't you do a quick vid and post that so we can hear it.

Nice vid. What was the zed doing on the grass at 2 mins in?

I've only had my zed about a month, but I find it handles very well in the wet considering the tyres it has. But I'm used to driving my 200sx, that thing wanted to kill me at every corner, the back end would step out driving a steady 30mph lol, the tyres on it were know for poor wet performance though, I was used to it and drove accordingly.

Hi mate, just checked the fuse box in the footwell, the fuses don't seem to match the diagram whichever way round I look at it lol. Anyway the diagram says the fuse for the boot is also the same one for the petrol lid and that works fine so it can't be the fuse. I'll have to have a proper look on the weekend.

Hi I've had a fun weekend fitting a new stereo and speakers into the zed, apart from having a sore back everything working as it should. However now I have an annoying chime if the drivers side door is open and the key is in the ignition, even if the engine is running. Any ideas why? Is this normal as I've never noticed it before. And now the boot release doesn't work, no noise or anything, it's just dead. Any ideas where the wiring is routed and where the fuse is? It worked perfectly before I started so maybe I've broke something. Has anyone tried to open the boot using the pull tab under the strut brace, with a zenclosures sub and a boot full of gear? It's bloody difficult lol. Cheers

It is quite a list there mate, but you do have great taste in cars Do you guys find that spacers affect the handling? I know my sx with 25mm spacers used to love to tram line all over the road....

They do look good, and well made. But i don't know if it's just me but i don't like how they sound, i'd hope the increase in power makes up for it tho.

I'll bite, one 5/16" plenum spacer please Zeditus is really kicking in, spent WAY too much money already, only had her 3 weeks

Same thing here too, it sounds like a gear linkage noise to me. I looked into it for quite a while, seems its very common and nothing to worry about.

I went from Birmingham to Glasgow to get my Zed, was over 6 hours on the train. Great drive home though!
