Thought I should introduce myself, I've been lurking around for a few weeks but I finally bought a zed yesterday. It's a bit different coming from a 330bhp 200sx, but I'm loving it. The zed has a few things that need sorting but overall it's a cracking car, I just love the noise it makes

I drove from Glasgow to Birmingham last night, I'd just picked the car up and was driving a steady 70 mph with a few full throttle squirts here and there. I was stuck at 50 at some points though, used about 3/4 of a tank, 31.5mpg

I've been watching the discovery channel quite a bit lately, the advert for this program has been really doing my head in. Mike is an absolute tool, does anybody else just hate this bloke as much as me? I can't stand him, he spoils wheeler dealers and just generally talks absolute bull****. The recovery partition is useless if the HDD fails, you would have to start from scratch from disc or USB.... So does the laptop currently have windows 8 installed? If it does i would clone the HDD to the SSD and then do a fresh install from the recovery partition.

Yeah they aren't anything special, outdated before the things go on sale. They do squeeze every ounce of muscle from them so atleast it will be an improvement i guess, and pc games will get better also

the nextgen will more than likely be locked at 30fps at 1080 for the forseeable future after launch, give it a couple of years and you may see 60fps at 1080 It will be a **** poor effort if it will be 30fps on the next gen hardware, i'd feel pi**ed off for console players. I get 120+ on my pc in BF3

I've kind of gone off BF3 lately, Arma 3 is where its at Suppose i'll still by BF4 though, the guy in that vid is a terrible player

Well i was quoted an extra £350 on top of my current premium for the Z, i'm only a couple of months into my current policy. I asked for a quote on a fresh new policy, they quoted me 3k I currently pay £900ish on my sx, no idea how they quoted that price, i had to ask him twice to check the info was correct. I'll call them back in a few days and check they can still change my current policy for the extra 300 odd quid.... Insurance is a con these days, i wouldn't mind but i'm not exactly young
