  1. Hi Guys Can you experienced detailers recommend me some good products to use on my GM zed please? There are so many out there it's hard to choose any. I also looked in the 'detailing guide' thread but it is a good few years old and maybe there are newer, better things out there.... I'm looking for a light abrasive polish to remove swirls etc, and then a good long lasting wax. Also are there any 'all in one' non abrasive polish with wax products that i can use after every wash? I have a rotary polisher, but i only have some trade G3 and it's too abrasive and makes a bloody mess.... I have to clean my car outside so being able to use in sunlight would help too. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks
  2. I'm in Not sent payment yet but will do tomorrow. Cheers EDIT: Payment sent
  3. I'm in a similar situation, I've not had my zed for long but it has eibach springs and the front does seem to be very low. A bit too low for me to be honest, I went over a full length speed bump the other day at about 2mph and I could feel the car dragging along it and the noise made me cringe. Does anyone know the spring rates of the Eibach and Tein's?
  4. Not much help but I've got the AVH X5500BT, cracking head unit. That one has high voltage pre outs too.
  5. I've just had my Rays refurbed today by the wheel specialist, the one in Birmingham though
  6. With a 200sx gearbox you can actually remove the gear stick, then pour the oil straight down the hole, instead of the filler hole. Quite a few people do this with them, just wondered if the same applies to the zed. EDIT: after looking at a few pics of a zed gearbox, the answer is no, it would be straight on the floor lol...
  7. I'm going to have to try this too. Any ideas what the best oil to use is? Doesn't matter how much it costs.... Also does anyone know if you can fill the box back up from inside the cabin by removing the gearstick?
  8. What material are these made from mate? Thanks
  9. 12 bolts on the bottom of the bumper, 3 either end behind the headlights/in the arch
  10. That's a lot cheaper than I expected to be honest, cheers.
  11. Looks good mate, how much did they charge to wrap the roof? Want to get mine done, i was going to have a bash myself but would get it done professionally if it doesn't cost too much....
  12. What Do Berk make the decats too? Can you supply silenced decats? Thanks

  16. Yeah my brakes have started squealing, very annoying but i think its very common.......
  17. No i don't think any of them are perfect, ive got to take mine out to adjust it, it doesn't sit quite right. It all adds up though mate, I've spent over £700 this month on audio alone, a lot more than I originally anticipated.....
  18. Good stuff, what's the fitment and finish like? Can't really tell from the pic...
  19. Didn't think of Abbey, i'll give them a call. I'm after a silenced one, Tarmac don't do those ones.
  20. Any ideas where i can get a set of silenced decat pipes? Ordered some from H-Dev but they don't have stock at the moment and a quick search hasn't found much....
  21. cheers for these heads up, i'll grab a set of those before i attempt to fit the decat's.
