I thought the rears were 8.5" as standard, so with the 9" rears that's wider not narrower? is the 35/38 offset going to cause any issues?

I am looking at fitting a new set of wheels they are 18 x 8 ET38 front and 18 x 9 ET35 rears. I currently have standard touring alloys with 30mm rear spacers and 20mm front. I know the back spacers will have to go, but am I likely to run into any problems with the off sets? what size tyres would be ideal for the rear?

Dropped my car off in Bodymatters, Verilium Rd and saw it parked up in the road? I didn't have time to look properly, but did notice the console has been colour coded. If it belongs to anyone on here do you have any pictures? Oh, and tease it with a damp cloth, it was bloody filthy.

My zed goes in tomorrow to have a front end respray to deal with all the stone chips and before I take it in I was wondering if it was worth doing anything with the number plate. It's currently attached to a plinth on the standard bumper. Does anyone have any suggestions? Leave it standard or take it off and fill the holes, and mount it elsewhere?

I have the chance of buying a set of 225/45/18 Y Goodyear Efficient grip tyres for £100 a corner with 7mm of tread, has anyone any experience of using these tyres on a 350z?
