I once had to meet a citylink driver a mile away at a petrol station because he couldn't find my ROAD. Then when I walked up to him he handed me my parcel through the window and drove off. Didn't check my name or anything, I could have been asking him to move for all he knows

Get an alignment check for good measure I'd say. Neither will cause issues, but they could show up pre existing issues more than before. Wheel balancing is for the wheel and tyre combo not the car so should be fine. A decent tyre place should only charge a few pounds to re balance the wheels if it would put your mind at rest

When it snows I have a roll of carpet in the boot to drive over for if I get stuck, a shovel and a bit of salt too. Otherwise the car stays the same, it's just my driving which changes. Although I can't wait to use my one of these in the winter this year:

Make sure they use cast wrap not just signwriting vinyl like a lot of companies do, that's what causes a wrap to bubble and lift a couple of months down the line as it tries to flatten itself out again instead of staying with the shapes of the car. There's a reason a wrap isn't cheap

Why on earth would anyone put it in the 'middle' of the stand! It was in the middle because a lot of the stands at trax are reached by all sides. They had all of the cars arranged so the stand looked the same from each side almost as a circle, but not quite in line with each other
