If your tracking it I would run some std rays or similar light 18's with something sticky just for track work, the difference in feel and handling is night and day over heavy 19's. If you dont want to go down that route I would wait till yours need replacing and get a 275/245 combo on.

I have booked a trackday i dont think i can make above, i am unable to get a refund but can change the driver/car, cost was £239 so if anyone wants to take my place, £180.

Apart from the obvious with the car, brakes, fluids, tyres etc, just go at your own pace and build slowly, get to know the circuit and if there are any instructors there, they are well worth having a session with.
