  1. You can also get inner barrels too: https://shop.wheelflip.com/collections/inner-barrels You can do pretty much anything to a three piece wheel, cant remember if the Kranze LXZ is 2 or 3 piece though. Pretty sure the Rezax are, but there are two variants, rezax 1 and rezax 2 (which are much nicer).
  2. Well its fairly straightforward, reduce the lips by whatever width you need, so if you have 5" lips now and have an inch poke, buy 4" lips and so on.
  3. Why dont you just relip them to suit Mike? https://www.jdmdistro.com/product-category/wheels/replacement-lips-and-barrels/ https://shop.wheelflip.com/collections/outer-lips
  4. Wasnt there talks of budget caps some years ago with pretty much all the big boys saying they would walk? Or have i made that up? I am not sure you can get F1 back to being motorsport rather than entertainment and thats probably all just down to the money in and surrounding F1.
  5. Chuck something into the mix, MotoGp grids were getting low, Honda and Yamaha dominating, so to attract manufacturers and closer racing certain concessions were granted, increased number of engines, extra testing, more fuel allowed per race, if they scored a podium in a year, the concessions are lost for the next year. Since that Ducati have upped their game and now regular on the podium, Suzuki, KTM and Aprillia have all come back. So, room for some concessions in F1 to attract manufacturers?
  6. Personally it wouldnt bother me, but then i am not a fan of a manufacturer so to speak, much more interested in the individuals involved (not so much F1) but same could be said for MotoGp where i do have an interest, if my favourite riders jumped manufacturer, i would still follow them, not stick with the manufacturer. Posses a very interesting conversation as i guess a lot of people will be manufacturer specific no matter who the driver, you only have to see all the Ferrari banners to realise there would be a lot of p8SSed off Ferrari fans leaving the sport if they left. I dont think Ekona is far wrong though, its pretty much dead in the water, uninspiring engines, coverage, ridiculous grid penalties, ugly cars, premadonna drivers who act like petulant children, you only have to look back at the last few years of F1 chat year on year in here to see its not nearly as popular.
  7. As you say earlier in the thread, its all down to personal choice and opinion, and if you prefer the 370z but i just cant help but think with what you paid, £23k, plus an extra £14k to buy a Nismo you could have one hell of an awesome 370z in the performance and looks department that is unique Have a look back over the project threads and check out Parellos 370z or this for example: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-370z-SUPERCHARGED-STILLEN-Fully-Loaded-BEAST/292484566818?hash=item4419704f22:g:FNIAAOSwUoxaqoKV
  8. Asking people about whether you should finance a 370z is kind of the same, but never mind. Take a look at what Marsman has just bought for similar money (certainly less on the figures), i am afraid a 370z wouldnt even get a look in, they really are only Nismo by name and looks (i.e Nismo Juke), not like the proper special edition Nismos of old.
  9. You asked a question before you didnt necessarily like peoples views on (egotistical etc) Sure you want to hear?
  10. I would agree with this depending on your moral standing, however, i would like to see the fallout (providing this is true) if we did the same in Russia, or anyone did the same on Russian soil.
  11. I did see, read or hear last year or before they are concerned with the lack of a younger generation being interested in F1 so maybe its a direct campaign to attract a younger audience?
  12. I know you are talking fractions in hillclimbs, but i would be surprised if any of those were a million miles away from one or another.
  13. ^^ I am afraid i agree, but that goes for 50% of the grid.
  14. No its a complete farce, Amir banned for 5 years for deliberate no balls. Him, Warner, Lehman are a disgrace. The only good thing is, he will never be allowed to forget it, did you see the Barmy Army in New Zealand wore yellow arm bands
  15. No, they just cheat, not speaking to them
  16. All i want to know is why hasnt some genius marketing bod got someone like Victorias Secret or Agent Provocateur on board and painted the halo in as a thong or g string, would imagine thats right right up gangsta playboy lewis's street.
  17. Never suffered any problems in either my na or charged zed or charged vx, 5w 30 is fine, its the quality that matters.
  18. Doping their athletes, sailing their ships very close or in our waters etc etc I dont think they would hesitate one moment to off someone on our shores, i dont think they give a sh*t what they do and where.
  19. Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5w-30
  20. If your first statement is true, no you cant afford the car, you can afford the payments, there is quite a difference. And i dont blame you one bit, 0%, hardly anything down etc etc, why the hell not, but i wouldnt quibble about £8 a week and specking a car to deliberately come in under £40k to save just £8 a week, but thats just me
  21. Whoops, lol, just saw it in new topics
  22. So who is this company, you still havent said?
  23. I think you need to name and shame, otherwise how does anyone know who to avoid??
  24. You can have any definition you choose to what makes a sports car to you, personally its something that handles well i.e a decent chassis and not much else, would you not class an Elise a sports car because its a two seater convertible like the mx5 and has a slightly asthmatic k series motor, to me an Elise is the very definition of a sports car.
