Is this the plastic strip that runs across the top of your door, aligned with the window? If so I have the same issue with the bracket at the end snapping off the screw.

I think as long as you have some sort of Nismo item in there somewhere you're safe I'm not sure about them, I don't know if it's the blue calibers or the blue stripes, as you said each to there own, and if you like them then keep it
