I want an iobd2! Will it work in my 2004 Zed? Is it the same port/standard as the '06?

I just had to post about these. I'm in love. My decent (£80 ish) sennheiser in canal 'phones gave up last week, they'd seen some use, performed well and I was sad to lose them. They were the best I'd heard. Until now that is. I recently harvested a few birthday cheques and was looking for something to treat myself. When my 'phones died an opportunity popped up to get some serious 'buds. So I dutifully scoured the Internet (mainly the what hi-fi site as I trust their reviews from other purchases) and narrowed it down to some fairly serious (for my usual budget) options, then went for these. Normally I wouldn't spend more than £10 on hi-fi without a demo first, but I figured I could send them back to Amazon no problem if we didn't get along, no chance of that. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-XBA4iP-Premium-Quality-Headphones/dp/B007MJGESE/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1368819293&sr=1-1&keywords=sony+xba+4ip I've been listening to them for a few hours now and they are simply astonishing. The soundstage enormous, the detail stunning, the bass deep and full yet crisp. They cope with anything I throw at them. I might be Regulating with my homies Mr Warren G & Nate Dogg or relaxing with some Cowboy Junkies or heading Across 110th Street or revisiting my youth with some Pulp Different Class - they simply don't care, they just put a massive smile on my face. I can hear which notes the artist is thinking of next. They don't even embarras some of my older, less than brilliant, MP3s from the days before lossless. I won't go into detail about the drivers and technology, the sensitivity, sound isolation, blah blah blah, there are plenty of reviews out there, but I just wanted to share some love for these beauties. I used to be a massive Sony fan but haven't dabbled for a while, they're well and truly back in my sights (well, ears). They even look mean, but weigh next to nothing, and now my boss can no longer be heard. What more do you want? If you get a chance to try some, go for it, but be warned they'll have you fom that first kick. PS - Androids, I believe the inline remote doesn't work on non-iPhones, but they do a version without controls for a few quid less.

Worth buying anything whilst in the USA for my Z?

The fuel is cheap. Can you take it on planes? -
I'm not a genius in this space by any stretch, but I have a bose unit at home from my upgrade. I could probably take a snap of the rear and post it if that's any help, or if none of the bona fide ICE men cometh. When you pick a HU and get round to the cabley bits, I've seen this place quoted on loads of ICE threads. Worth a look. http://incartec.co.uk/Manufacturer/Model/Brand/Device/Radio/Browser.aspx

They offer you any cash off for this outrageous delay or maybe some free upgrades? -
I'm in. I'll PM you.

Fitted some of these, very pleased, look well cool & futuristic. They also shift water well if you're bothered about that sort of thing too!

Confirmed in real world testing yesterday afternoon, NISMO stamped balls are 5-10% faster on average, but don't like water! -
What sort of music do you like? I can put some on my iPod so you can have a listen to what you like Unless it's One Direction and Justin Beiber Do you not have a CD player? No it is 2013 and I do not have a CD player.... Ok well I like Hard house and Trance. Electro house. Marilyn Manson, STEPS, Queen, Guns N Roses, Aerosmith, Dizzee Rascal, NERO. That's the kinda stuff I'd listen to in the car. Yeah, but what about music?

I've had a few attacks by birds (flying kind in this instance). Warm wet cloth rested on top for a few minutes helps. -
+1 In Cali with anything.... No, it's overrated . Pete I fell in love there (with the state), I spend my days plotting how to move to Sacramento. In-n-Out Burger is the dog's.

Cuba?? You want to head to Venezeula......less than 10p a ltr. Subsidized by the goverment for the people because they have a shed load of crude oil. Wait the now.....so DID the North sea! Thats why our prices are so high then. The goverment dont care on base line....as the higher the base is, the more they get back on tax. Simples. And if they do fine the oil majors....who gets the proceeds of the fine? And how will the oil majors respond? Put the prices up to cover the fines. Who ends up paying more? The consumer. What to do? I nearly went to Venezuela when I was in Colombia, the gringos coming out there though were saying its a bit dodge for tourists. I got the fear and chickened out. It's on my radar though :-)

Sorry to go all commie, but important stuff like the cost of fuel, the cost of energy, the cost of water, the cost of food, the cost of borrowing, the cost of public transport, the cost of education and the cost of healthcare should all be in the hands of the state. These should be run by the people for the people. If it means a bit more is lost to wastage than in a private sector organisation, I can live with that. I'd sooner 10% too many people are employed by the state than the money generated by saving this goes to shareholders with country estates and mega yachts in the Med. I'm off to Cuba. Hasta luego. ¡Viva la revolucion socialista!

I wish I was in Cali with my Zed.

When I got mine I thought it was normal to just sort of splash out on the front blades, then I read a thread on here about changing the non-return valve. They're about 3 quid on ebay, so I figured nothing to lose. I now have a strong healthy jet which soaks passersby. Have a search for it, might help.

CSI Blackpool (Season 2): What's this mod in my Zed?
Stutopia replied to Stutopia's topic in Performance
Ha, I paid for that! It wasn't a freebie like the plenum spacer and the Cosworth filter. I just didn't know the big blue wire, with the plastic bit, on the battery was for it. I just assumed it picked up a live from the same place as the old bose amp. The hertz components in the front and hertz co-axials and the sub in the "rear" weren't free either. All in? Don't ask. -

Dampers from here I think, just check they match up to your Zed. I didn't use the webstore front, just PM'd as I like to ask about stuff. http://www.b2autodesigns.com/product_info.php?products_id=5129 Charles @ b2 was really friendly and helpful with my questions. Just bare in mind import duty if you've not dabbled abroad. They look really easy to keep clean too! Seriously though, very happy. Nuts from Tarmac here. Went for black closed type, again, check for your needs mate. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/61199-muteki-super-tuner-wheel-nuts-offer/ Chris was also very friendly and helpful with my questions. -

So I got home from work to find all my Christmases had come at once! I ordered a few bits and bobs over the last few weeks, then they all came together. Postman must have been screwin' De-boxed. Motordyne spacer, tanabe strut, mishimoto magnetic sump plug, shiny bonnet dampers (thanks to b2 autodesigns for these) The other day I caught a glimpse of BBKs nuts and I haven't been able to stop thinking about them since. Muteki nuts (thanks Tarmac!) Some Edd style gloves to protect my silky soft skin. Last week some other stuff landed, but not in a single mega-haul like this. Thanks Steve @ Redline for the Zunsport Grille, black, no eye. I'm just hoping for some good weather at the weekend so I can get all greased up! PS - The eagle eyed amongst you will have noticed a couple of golf balls and a Bridgestone box. I wanted to try some new balls as I'm not that pleased with mine. When I ordered them they did free personalisation. I'm thinking this will increase my ball speed 10% at least! Gonna get some forum logo ones next time! -
CSI Blackpool (Season 2): What's this mod in my Zed?

Confirmed. Here she is: Didn't dare touch the vast array of dials and buttons on the amp! How big is the "space saver" wheel BTW!
