  1. Ok thanks, how do I send it to you? Private email account or can I attach files on the forum messaging system?
  2. Hi guys, I am having difficulty uploading a signature. I have created one and it is huge, I have reduced the file size to 500kb (hopefully the quality will not be too bad). I have read the 'how do I put a picture in my signature' guide but am still struggling. It mentions that there is a 500x100 limit, what is this referring to, canvas size? Resolution? Thanks
  3. Ah Marlborough, that isn't too far, thanks
  4. Really! I don't suppose you know roughly where it was? Bristol to London - that must mean it is closer to me

That is a nice set of photos, I particularly like the second one. I am based in Bath, I presume your NW means northwest? So unfortunately that is pretty much the opposite end of the country lol!
  6. Nice location! I have been trying to find some derelict sites/abandoned buildings around Bath...proving difficult!

Great image! So that was taken from another car? Or was there a rig attached to your machine? I am after so motion snaps, but have been quoted a lot from a photographer who uses telescopic rigs.
  8. HI Vlad, I am afraid somebody has already bought it (I am expecting payment tomorrow), if it falls through I will PM you. As ATTAK Z has mentioned, the OEM Nissan burger has two pins that sit in two locating holes in the boot lid, it is then stuck to the boot, Removing the badge itself is a doddle (dental floss or fishing line), but removing the glue is frustrating, Nissan use copious amounts of adhesive, took me over an hour! I used a hot water bottle to soften the glue enabling me to pick, rub and clean the glue off. So currently I have two holes in the boot lid, but am badge-less Here is an example.... I cant afford to fill the holes and respray the lid at the moment so I intend to cover them with the 'Z' of the 350z badge.... I am pretty sure that all of the above only applies to the coupes as the roadster badges are stuck on (no locating holes for the badge).
  9. Oh no! Well I actually paid more than £18 for it myself, but I wont stand a chance getting the full amount back - people would probably just buy from the traders
  10. Recently bought a black Z badge for the rear of the zed, after offering it up I have decided that I preferred the smooth look. This is a new self adhesive gloss black badge that has never been used and therefore is in perfect condition. All packaged up and ready for distribution. Priced at £18 with postage included, PM if interested. Thanks for viewing.
  11. I think they are centre cap stickers. Potentially 19" BMW wheels as it has had a Nissan to BMW PCD adapters fitted (whatever that is - previous owners description). I have a feeling this could become confusing if and when I change the wheels. Spacers are fitted all around and its stanced on Eibach Pro Street Coliovers, so it is pretty hard to establish how low it is. It was a lot lower when I bought it, couldn't get over speed bumps or get it on our ramp at the garage! Looked sweet, but extremely unpractical and a pain in the arse to work on! Needless to say, we raised the ride height to what it is now. Will probably drop it again for japfest
  12. Bare hands? How come, for softer palms, fingertips and knuckles?
  13. Thanks DoggyRev I will have a browse
  14. Tar and Bug remover, thanks. Do you know if this is available from Halfrauds? Yeh, I cant justify spending around £40+ on a 350z set and throwing most of it away. Liquid art ones? Do you know of an example or trader who stocks them?
  15. Thanks. I only held it up in place and immediately decided that I did not like it, the standard Nissan one looked much nicer IMO. Now I am unfortunately left with a thick glue/material mark where a badge once was and its proving to be a sod to remove!
  16. After reading a few detailing posts and the guide, I decided to ditch some of the basic products I have been using for years and invested in some recommended ones and I am over the moon. Again another big thumbs up to the guys who provide information and advice on this forum So I spent a few hours on the beast and here are the results and products used; Mer High Shine Shampoo Meguaris Clay Bar Kit Dodo Juice Lime Prime Lite Dodo Juice Purple Haze Wax Afterwards I decided to remove the rear Nissan burger for a black Z burger, which funnily enough I now do not like, and have been left with copious amounts of glue and adhesive material. What can I use to remove it? I have tried hot soapy water, picking at it and credit cards etc, I presume white spirit will damage the body work? Also is it possible to buy the 'Z' badge alone as I will stick that on and go for a flusher look which should also cover the two holes.
  17. When I say straddle, I mean that the front wheels are both over whilst the rears are not and the speed bump is between (car may become beached)
  18. No love for speed bumps, I have to tackle four everyday when leaving the house and the zed is stanced quite low! Ekona hit the nail on the head, its all about slow speed and angles (which will annoy your neighbours when rushing for work first thing in the morning). Large speed bumps are fine as they have a 'table top', its the little f****rs that you have to watch out for as you have to straddle them.
  19. Thanks for all the feedback guys, should enable me to get a few quotes and judge them accordingly
  20. Certainly is a nasty one! Had a feeling we may be facing a hefty invoice Thanks
  21. Hi Guys, Unfortunately my partners Cooper S was keyed across two panels Friday, this is happening to people far too often, the zed was parked opposite......rather worried about that now! Any ideas on a rough cost to repair? Pictures below Thanks
  22. Ah man, terrible news! I honestly do not understand why people do this. There is nothing to gain from it, it is pathetic! I would love to catch somebody in the act, would wring their neck!
  23. Just had a look at a bumper tuck, new to me, and potentially something else to add to the ever-growing list......damn this forum!! I think I would go for one if I had a different exhaust system, I am not sure if it would look right with the back box exposed. I am definitely sold by tez162003 gunmetal post though.....wow! (Apologies if it is bad etiquette to mention a member) http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/62258-show-me-your-a/page__st__20
  24. Thanks. Haha, not sure how to take the alarmed/gasping icon.....that logo seems to attract both positive and negative responses!!
