Not a problem with my 85k gearbox. change the oil and stick in some molislip every 15 to 20k and you wont have a problem. They are talking complete rubbish. Only reason is to get you to accept a hit on your trade in..

I agree its not the best angle to see exactly what happened, but the crowd statements also say he swerved. Who knows, he a bit of a hot head Stewart, gets himself into trouble.

There was so much water the gutters on the conservatory could not cope with it, great storm..
