Mate if this day gets any worse i think i'll crack. I've sorted the title I've never had this on any other car, the sound is far too raspy. I think they have to go

Ive just had my Japspeed decats fitted with a Cobra Y pipe and the rasp is horrible. I left the standard backbox on to avoid this but it hasn't worked. So after a wasted day, a waste of money on the decats and a MASSIVE labour bill that i should have known better and sorted the price of first, i'm p111sed off with myself, the car and the amount of money i've paid out Anyone have any suggestions to get rid of the rasp, or do i just put the cats back on. I Lose interest i cars easily and this might be it for the zed, i hate chucking money away. If I can't get rid of the rasp without taking them off then if anyone wants the decats cheap let me know, that sound is not for me.

Yellow stuff were getting good reviews over on the evo forum when I had my 8. I was considering putting them on until I sold it. Don't know how they can differ so much on z

I had DS on a Subaru and was killing them in a few thousand miles. So what's the alternative if not ebc or oem?

I know some people will say change it, but i've had alot of performance cars that I've had puncture repairs on (many alot faster than the z) and i've never had an issue with a single one of them at high speed/cornering. Whoever does the repair should know from where the screw is whether it will be safe to repair it or not.

Why would the engine be forged without adding some sort of FI? seems strange to me. Love the colour if that is the car, waste of time even putting the ad up if it's not

I've spoken to him today. I'm not fanatical when it comes to polishing, I just want a good result in the quickest time possible. Maybe with a decent machine I will grow to enjoy it. We'll see.

Are the Bose amps interchangeable? Mine's playing up so could do with another one
