Haha! Yea I guess I cant really comment on anything BUT the standard system! But it sounds so nice when you hit 3K, so nice that I wouldnt want to change it! But hopefully when I get to some meets I can have a listen to some aftermarket systems! And the standard box Neil is not stainless, hence why it doesnt stay shiny like mine! This would be my only reason for changing mine over!

I got a foam lance for Christmas too! If your not getting a good foam then use my method as I get REALLY thick foam! Turn the dial on the top of the foam lance all the way clockwise, then turn it back a touch. Fill the bottle up with an inch of snowfoam, a squirt of shampoo and the rest with warm water! Make sure the nozzle is OPEN all the way! I have fantasic results with mega thick foam!

Fuel cost, insurance, ferry.... Have you thought about what the cost would be if you broke down on the ring, or crashed, or even spilt oil on the ring? Mega bucks!!! You need to make sure you know exactly what your insurance covers!

I miss my E36 328i Sport so much! The only time it ever let me down, the coolant hose burst on paddock hill bend!

The best free sat nav for your phone is M8 Sat Nav, I dont know if there is a way you can get that on the head unit, incredible for a free app! I have been looking at this Pioneer App Unit in halfords for £149.99, I really want it! I'm glad it's been fitted ok!

Yea when I just worked it out, it sounds pretty bad. But it doesnt seem that bad! I let it warm up then drive to work, takes me about 30 minutes to drive those 7 miles too!

I use £30 a week on fuel, thats just driving to work and back. I would say my journey to work and back is around 15 Miles. So £30 carrys me 75 miles. Thats rush hour traffic.

Ive fitted all sorts of suspension to cars in the past and the only reason ive ever gone for coil overs is because i want to dial in the exact drop I want, rather than go with a set -40mm or -50mm or whatever the alternative kits have got. If you want to keep a stock height, then I wouldnt have said coil overs would be my first option. I did make the mistake once of assuming with coil overs I could keep the height standard then drop it at will by adjusting for tracks etc.. before I found out that the adjusters get so filled with dirt, mud and gunk that once you have set them up, the chances of being able to readjust the ride height months later is very slim. Seriously? Never had this problem on the HSDs and I can wind them with my hand once Ive jacked the car up and knocked the locking nut off! What you been driving through? Puddles of Loctite?

To be fair though, nothing the body shop can do about the poor fitment. We handed over £500 for these paul! Anyway, the Zed is looking great man! Nice to see you washed it
