  1. That's great, I'll do that then, thank you!
  2. I've now done 10k in the Zed since buying it in November, so I'd like to get it in for a service and keep the book sweet. Here is the current service history: P1 - 8563 - Nissan Main Dealer P2 - 17538 - The Car People, Wakefield P1 - 22482 -NMD P3 - 28201 - NMD P1 - 32788 - NMD P2 - 36486 - NMD L2 - 42261 - The Car People, Wakefield L2 - 47942 - The Car People, Wakefield I'm not sure, however, exactly what was done during these "L2" services at Wakefield as I have no receipts or anything other than the book, so would you guys suggest I put it in for a P1 or a P3? Part of me is tempted with a P3 simply because it's the first service in my ownership and at least I know it's been done. I need to take it over to Lockwood and get my bearing fitted (Thanks CS ) anyway, so might as well get them done at the same time. Car is currently on 57,000. TIA, Matt
  3. I'll be able to tell when you've been playing squash now then; making a noise driving past the flat
  4. Sounds like a normal week for me Looking forward to this Wales thingy, I've just bought a Surfing Alien t-shirt and -everything-
  5. Sounds like you're having a rough time bud
  6. I know posted a few pictures in my thread about the driving day, but thought I'd put a couple here. I've been playing with the image manipulation on photobucket (photography blasphemy?) and like the way these turned out. The second is arguably my favourite photo from the day
  7. Ok, I'm coming on the 18th for the day. Do I need to let anyone know specifically or will this post do? (I'm on my phone, so not easy to search through the thread, sorry)
  8. I'm trying to find an appropriate T Shirt for Wales so I don't have to repeat "Hi, I'm Aliensurfer" 60 times in polite company!
  9. The ex has asked for the kids this weekend as they like the 40's weekend in Haworth, which means I'm now free for this It'll only be a day trip, either the Sat on my own or the Sunday with the (as of last week ) fiancé I'll confirm ASAP.
  10. Sorry, my mistake. I was chatting to a mate while writing the posts and my brain couldn't cope with all the car variable!. It was a Vantage and a 360 I drove as pictured.
  11. I had a driving experience day today down in Chipping Norton which was a prize I won through work. Quick summary considering I've never anything like this before: The GT3 was by far and away the most exciting of the cars to drive around the track. No driver aids, just raw power and really fun to take into the corners The Gallardo was an outstanding machine. Very very fast, and the 4WD made it so effortless to drive, I felt there was very little I could do to ever take it out of shape, unlike the Porsche The 360 was a mixture of both. RWD, less BHP but due to being lighter than the Lambo felt a little faster, but was way more exciting around the corners Vantage was boring and uninspiring, but then I guess you don't buy an Aston for track days. Aston's are still my Lottery Win car, but while the Vantage was a stunning car, it's more suited for road driving, so felt a little bit of a let down today. If they were to ask me to go back out in a car of my choice just for one more lap, I think I'd pick the GT3, which kind of annoyed me as I've always disliked Porsches! This was how I summed it up on Facebook... "Aston was boring and uninspiring. I'll comparing it to shagging the queen. The Lambo was awesome, power, looks and class. Whatever I did, she took. I'll compare it to shagging Beckinsale. The Ferrari 360 sounded incredible, faster than the Lambo with less bhp. RWD made you think you could twitch the back at any moment. I'll compare that to shagging Kimberly Walsh. The Porsche GT3... What a car. It's like shagging the dirtiest, filthiest pornstar you've seen, then when you're done she'll bring a mate and ask you to go again." Few pictures below I didn't manage to get the GT3 in a shot other than this one as i went out on the track while we took pictures. There was an RS8 there too but didn't get chance to drive it, together an Atom which flew around the track and made the rest of us look like pedestrians. Anyway, enjoy the pics
  12. Ive actually got one tomorrow in Oxford. Ferrari, Lambo, GT3 and an Aston. I won it in a competition at work.
  13. Might be worth trying to Photoshop something first to see how it looks

  15. Going eastbound just now by Fen Drayton. Looked like a GM 350 followed by a GM 370 in convoy, but I'm going the other way so you passed pretty quick!
  16. £400? My word, I'm going to have to scour the loft at my mums to see if I still have it!
  17. All that energy expelled polishing your head..
