My mate that had the M6, came from an E92 M3, he said that he went through tyres much quicker on the M6 than he did on the M3. For no apparent reason either. I don't know but that's what he said about it. His M6 was a soft top (M3 coupe) too, so maybe weight had something to do with it.

It wasn't the amount of fuel that it used that got my mate to sell his, it was the rate it went through tyres.

M6 is the outright fastest car I've ever been in. The V10 sounds a bit naff on idle but get it revving and it sounds great, if you can hold onto your ears while it moves forward at silly pace. Nothing I've been in moves at such ridiculous pace after 100mph as one of these, its almost frightening. Not my cup of tea but it depends what you want it for or what you expect it to do i suppose. All IMO. Insane machine.

That whole series of buttons appears to be made of the same sort of plastic as DUPLO. Appalling quality plastic.

Cheers man . Yeah, I took a while to pick the right sounding systems for me, then whittled them down by design and appearance, which left me with this. So pleased with it so far .
