  1. Hello and Ben. Great to see a car staying within the forum. Good colour too
  2. Hello and Good luck with your search. Always worth a look in the Zeds for sale section on here
  3. Dave, providing you've got the cradle in the centre cubby hole/armrest, it really is plug n' play.
  4. Just for reference, I got the original post too. Looking forward to the 'how to value my car' thread though.
  5. Great result. It's easy to use, you just need to pair your phone to it. Instructions will be in the owners manual, but post on the forum if you need any help
  6. Hi Gonzo, I'm sure the bluetooth thing that you're missing is the same as the one in this ad: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/62691-bluetooth-adapter/ (Sorry it's sold, but it's the most recent one and has a good pic). It;s common for them to be missing as they sell for £60 - £90, so are frequently removed by owners before they exchange their Zed. It sounds like you've got the cradle and everything else, it's just the plug in adaptor that's missing. They frequently come up for sale on here in the classifieds, but it may be worth posting an ad in the wanted section as there are a few member traders that normally have them. There's always eBay too.
  7. Ooo nice. Looks to me like a fully loaded 350z with GT pack on an 07 plate with 25k on the clock costing around £12k. Either that or I've just made an @rse of myself. and congrats on your new purchase.
  8. When I look at the plate, I see 'N3 00PS J'. Maybe if you knew someone called Jay that was a bit clumsy....
  9. Step 17. Aforementioned company now informs you that as your policy has been active for over 48 hours, there will be a cancellation of policy and administration fee'.
  10. That's just 2 websites. I think he got confused (.com)
  11. I just found this thread! Hi-5 to the GM crew! I'm at work ATM, so will be taking a good look later on
  12. With regards the merry-go-round of ringing insurance companies everytime your renewal is due, and the endless entering of details on different websites to get a quote (although the comparrison sites have reduced this), insurance companies are aware that many of their customers can't be bothered with this and this is where they rely on customer and brand lotyalty. Many (not all) insurance companies and brokers actually add a percentage to your renewal quote. So rather than your next rewal price being cheaper - it's more than the previous year. The insurance company/broker adds a percentage in the hope that you're one of the many that can't be bothered with the annual merry-go-round and just pays the renewal premium thinking "well they were the cheapest/best last year". It is ALWAYS worth trying different companies when it's renewal time, and even get a quote from your current provider as a new customer (rather than a renewal quote) to see what figure they come up with.
  13. I don't suppose you know an 18 year old medical student called Jake with a disposable income of £4k a month do you....? Just a thought Hello and Good luck with your search.
  14. I know it doesn't help, but I might need these too! Like Smudgedon I'm waiting for my new wheels, but this won't be till the start of Feb.
  15. Might be worth dropping the previous owner a note (once you get the V5 back and have the address details) and asking what has been fitted/bleeps. That's if there's not a receipt for it in the service history.
  16. That's great news, congrats. It's gonna be a long couple of days.....
  17. Hello and Sounds like you already have Zeditis, even before you've bought a car! How'd the viewing go? Looks nice in the ad.
  18. Does anyone know where I can buy a longer dipstick? Mine doesn't reach the oil.... I'll fetch me coat.
  19. Saw a blue coupe parked in the hospital/medical centre car park this morning as I drove round towards the exit. Was upset that you hadn't parked next to me as there was plenty of room. But also excited that I'd actually seen another Zed "in ma 'hood".
  20. Wow! Not only do we know your name and where you're located, we ALSO get pics of your Zed! If Carlsberg did introductions.... Hello and Dan
  21. I would definitely be seriously considering Ad's Zed if I were in your position. It meets all your requirements. I bought Adam's old wheels off him and if the condition of the wheels he sold me is an indication of the condition of his car, it'll be MINT.
  22. As Dave said. If they're the only real issues with the car you asked for opinions on, I'd certainly consider it. Both are easily sorted and also something that doesn't have to be done immediately (although they'll bug you).
  23. Was having a scan through the thread - sounds like she had a really tough time with the whole thing. Appreciate it may not be the full story and is the edited PG13 version. Not sure how the story unfolded following the last post on the thread, but it looks like she's now got a roadster, so I hope and guess all ended well.
