I've just had a 'mare with City Link via Amazon. I think and I could be wrong (and often am) all couriers have self employed drivers so it just depends on who they have sub contracted the work to. I know that the drivers are under immense pressure to deliver and when new drivers come on board they must find it hard to cope (especially those with limited grey matter). The whole courier network thing is aweful, hopefully one day one company will emerge with a successful strategy but until then we'll all just have to wait. How about a Z courier service?

Last 2 time's I've gifted money I've had to pay the fee, perhaps as it's over a tenner?
