  7. Not sure if you remember from my 350z build thread, but will refresh this here. To eliminate the belt slipping, a famous mechanical engineer in USA did the "TimRod Radius Rod", which is basically a stiffener bracket that eliminates the flexing of the supercharger mounting plate. I had this fitted on my car and eliminated any belt slipping on the dyno and afterwards on the road. Here are some photos with the brackets in both variants, DE and RevUp, but also fitted on my car: Before fitting: Strut bar off, mockup fitting: Final fitting: Running: I recommend this to any of the guys going Vortech SC. The Radius Rod will support the SC mounting plate at the far end on the blower side, stopping any mounting plate flex, that will contribute to belt slip. There are lots of threads in the US forums, most of the Vortech guys have this fitted on their cars. TimRods car is featured on Vortech's site here: http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/page.php?id=42331 you can see the bracket fitted in the photo with his engine bay. TimRod holds the record for the fastest untouched stock engine with Vortech SC, 10.903 @ 130.30 mph. I've spoken to him again, after bringing this to UK for a few members in here back in 2013 and I will be importing a few more now. Price: £229 delivered to your door. If you're interested, please let me know on this thread. We need minimum 5. Thanks, Adrian
  8. Leave the guy alone, we need enthusiastic people like him, otherwise the technology would never progress! Looking forward to warp speed too, 2020, what do you think gangzoom? But first, let's play in a GTR for a while!
  9. What the actual flock!?!?!?
  10. Well, yes, if it's already on the way out, best change it when you do the SC.
  11. Come on Steve, just confess about the Twin Turbo, specially if Uncle Chris is fitting it
  12. I like the girl by the GTR and the last photo!
  13. You should be OK with OEM clutch for the power generated by Vortech SC, you could however change your flywheel to a SMF.
  14. FRS is the most time consuming, running the return hose from the inside the car where the fuel pump is, under the car and inside the engine bay. Also modding the fuel bucket, Darren's specialty
  15. Clarkie, Darren, Mouthwash, Hassan etc just to name a few
  16. You need to drop some of your weight first!
  17. 1. 24hrs 3 guys, lots of breaks, pizza, beer, banter, tea, coffee, more banter, even more banter 2. If you change injectors you need another map.
  18. Let's see what you have in mind, before I start swearing at you!
  19. What, from Amuse R1 going aaaaaaall the way down to that rubbish exhaust? Or did you mean Invidia Gemini?
