The africa spcials were quite entertaining but as far as i can remember, the only about 3 reviews in the series, and they weren't very memorable. apart from Hammond's on the Huayra, but that's for the wrong reasons. The best bits in the season were; the supercars in america. quite entertaining, even if a bit staged. I loved the Dog fight part and the cars were nice and exotic. (i don't think it's top gears style, nor does their audience car about reviews of everyday cars these days). I also quite enjoyed the Africa special. again, very staged, especially the stealing bits off each others cars (like you wouldn't notice if you were sleeping in it) but despite that, it was still quite entertaining. TBH these days i get enough decent car review porn on youtube so i think i'm going to stop complaining about TG and just try to enjoy the bits that they are actually good at. For those of you who don't know where to get reviews: make a Youtube account and subscribe to these channels: Drive (Chris Harris on cars is best for new car reviews and some other fun stuff like rallying) EvoTV (channel from the magazine decent reviews 7 (apparent) exclusives) Autocar (lots of 10 second trollup but good reviews in amongst it) Motortrend (best show is ignition - new car reviews, american but still good) CarAndDriver (C&D abroad is the best show with Jethro Bovingdon from evo mag. some of the american guy's shows are good as well)

I think they look great, have been thinking of doing a similar thing but i fancy more of a dark gold colour like this

I get worse figures than most of you and mine is standard. 8.9mpg is what i recorded for a full tanks usage at Oulton Park. a full tanks road driving average is usually about 18 but never above 20. both these figures obtained using the trip computer. My car is strictly a hoon-mobile though and it usually gets warmed up, taken out enthusiastically, a quick cool-down round the block then left until the following weekend. So I guess it's more where & how you drive it than anything.

yeah i got the receipt still. only bought it today. going to take it back in the morning just turned it on again. This may sound like an outrageous hyperbole but it actually vibrates my arms more than my 110V sds drill! can't be very good for my car. anyone tried the 240v halfrauds one, is it just as bad?
