    Not sure on sound, but it helps take some of the strain/flex from the exhaust system. If its is a little out of line when bolting up flanges etc it could be stress further up the system. Which is why I opted for the Cobra Y-Pipe as opposed to the Stillen (I think) as it had no flexis.

    Not done it yet with the Zed but almost got caught out a few times when I had MR2's. Usual thing when you see another was to flash your pop-up headlights....(which I still miss having). A few times driving down the road you look in the distance, oh oh an mr2....hand gets in position to flash the main beam, then as you get close enough its a frikking Ford Probe

    Always good when you get a thumbs up from other petrol heads. Was coming home through Somerset last weekend and a group of 3-4 bikers were coming past me on a dual carriage way. The lead guy on a ninja slowed up as he passed and gave me a thumbs up

    Mine we almost plug and play. Had to trim a small slide of plastic off the plug connector on the car. Easy enough though

    Thanks folks. Yep the plenum is next on the list and something a little different for the engine cover. Sssh!! stop pointing it out Will most likely paint it black soon just to hide it outta the way.

    Carbon slam panel & bonnet struts fitted last night. In a round about way both items came from Octets car - this week I bought the bonnet struts from Niki, who got them from Ady. struts are a great improvement to the car whilst showing off the engine bling as the silly bonnet stay is no longer in the way. Slam panel is also nice and shiny!! time for more carbon!

    I dont have the special edition but I just found this clip on YouTube where some guy is talking about his map and showing things with UV light. Haven't watched it all yet but might be useful to some people.

    Dont have many pics actually, but hope to go out this/next weekend and get some more pics when shes clean. There are most likely a few ways of fitting this but mine involved cutting a few bits off the splitter, and a small area of the bottom lip on the bumper (which is hidden anyway). but all easy to do with snips & a small saw.

    I'm running the Cupra R front lip. As said, I love it as its very subtle. Can be bought new for less than £45, but it tricky to fit - I still need to make some final adjustments to make mine sit 100%.
