All in all seriousness Ekona what colour did you order?... cos' at an Arnold Clark I passed earlier theirs a spanking new blue one just sitting out in their forecourt . They are takin' the P though, I'd try and get some sort of disc, or servicing or anything out them. One of the heads at my work recently bought an Evoque and it kept being late and she got some goodies and servicing deal off them I think

Did you ask for a couple of days or did they just say...have it for 2 days lol... Hope there as nice to me when I put my 350 in for its service in the next month or two lol I've got some reservations about the rear but besides that its a great lookin' thing. Very classy.

The flywheel can clatter, but there should be no wheiny noses HR's don't make any unusual noises as far as I'm aware. You might get a tiny bit of transmission but you get that on all cars. As said best bets a good quality sound video

I've never driven something kinda trackish focused like an Elise... I would love to see just how good their handling is EDIT - Note to self.... fake test drive on the cards at some point lol

Fair enough I'll give you that, I silently shreek with horror when Im leaving for work, dont have time to do anything and THEN you notice a dirty great bird sh1t on your car. OH! Theres this guy with a 276 that I see sometimes going to work, 2 days in a row hes had bird crap all over his bonnet and this morning still not cleaned off...and I mean a lot... POOR SHOW. I would however...not pay £50-60K for one, which is what they are roughly selling at. Think theres one actually at the Newcastle dealership the now. Think what you could have for that price... A well kitted DB9 or Vantage for a lot less (yeah I've thing for Aston GT's lol ) EDIT: The colour reminds me of the old XJR, looked good in that colour!

Now I've never ever wanted a stripped out, crap interior lightweight. I just read the title and almost cried.... good god man lol The Zeds paint is as thin as anything, let alone taking a scrubber to it Hope you get it polished out mate! *fingers crossed*. I've still got minor fine scratchs up the a pillar and front bumper a bit from dropping a powerwash hose on it ...if we ever get some nice weather gonna give it some autoglym to try and hide them better lol

I didn't do the inside of the wheels on my last car and they started to rot.... took note of that when I picked up the Zed and the handy fact you can reach inbetween the spokes to clean all inside without taking the wheel off! I use autoglym wheel cleaner, does a treat for removing any hard marks and seems to keep the wheels from 'fading' that dull silver colour when the protections starting to wear off.
