Yes, the guy who fitted my boiler has just been done for the 4th time for using his mobile phone . Some people aren't getting the message and IMHO the deterrent isn't tough enough. I'd like to see 4 points instead of 3 and a punitive sliding scale of fines, first time £250, second time £500, third time £1,000 and a 12 months ban. Anyone caught texting should get 6 points and a £500 fine. Pete

Keep in mind that in some cases you won't clear the Brembo's even with a seemingly healthy ET. For example, Caroline has these wheels on her Zed. The ET's are 25 front and 28 rear yet the front still needs a 15mm spacer to clear the brakes. (Well actually it needs a 10mm spacer but it's easier to put a 15mm one on than to change the studs ) Pete

Welcome to the forum. Finding a really low mileage Zed is not that easy and that one is barely run in . With regards to the Birdview, there's nothing you can do with it really, Nissan never released an update for the CDRom version and most people tend to rip them out and put something more up to date in the cubby or replace the double din unit with a decent SatNav/Audio system. Neither the 350Z or the 370Z are approved for towing here in The U.K, I checked on this a while ago It may be that there is nowhere rigid enough for a proper towbar or the exhaust is in the way but that's just a guess. A quick google search throws up a few pics of 350's fitted with towbars in the states, probably handmade . Pete

Someone's bid 4.4k , even in perfect condition it wouldn't be worth more than 6k , the maths just don't add up . As A cat C or D it won't be worth much more than 5k when it's repaired....am I missing something here? Pete
