  1. Jack the car up buddy and rock the wheel with a rocking action. It does sound suspiciously like a bearing.
  2. Yes they are big buddy. My 300c runs 22", and when you stand them next to a car with standard wheels, they look enormous. The Z runs only 20s.
  3. Turned out an easy fix. Glad your sorted now.
  4. Adjustment always works better on the inbound shoes.
  5. Happy hunting.
  6. Great idea there.
  7. Very nice buddy.
  8. Nice car buddy. Look forward to seeing your new car.
  9. Lovely car buddy. Bring it out in the better weather.
  10. Can you get your finger nail in the whole area or does the depth differ? I would try to touch in the deepest part if not too larger an area. Then a little flat and polish, or machine polish. If all fails mate then take to a bodyshop for a quote as you have nothing left to loose.
  11. Somebody is getting one hell of a car buddy. I see it sold through the owners club, so should be cherished as you have done, and glad you found your buyer so soon. B)
  12. They look great and more than likely sound great too. Hope all goes well with the sale buddy.
  13. Hi and welcome along. I bought my seals through Nissan however windscreen fitters may have these readily available as a cheaper option. A professional is still required to fit unless you fancy a go yourself.
  14. Looking fabulous buddy. All that hard work certainly paid off.
  15. Jdm models do not fetch the same value as UK cars buddy, this should be taken into account on purchasing. Service history helps too. However not everybody will agree. All the best with your search buddy, and welcome to the club.
  16. The crack can be filled by grinding the crack into a v shape, then filling with fibreglass resin. This after sanding back will not re appear. Expect to pay between £260 - £340 or more depending on the outfit you choose.
  17. I wonder what Camy is sitting thinking about, whilst browsing this thread, that has been taken well out of context. Poor chap all he did was post up his car which has now turned into a public circus.
  18. The Z is a hard act to follow, understandably going for another. Best of luck with your search.
  19. God bless him. A great old age and if he hadn't had a infection could have reached 100 years.
  20. Hello and welcome. You will get a good car and spec for that budget, however the tax on April 06 car rises dramatically. The Z is a very modifiable car should you want to choose that path.
  21. Those cars are silly. Expensive air ride I gather.
  22. I wasn't the only person to feel they were not priced accordingly. However UK models can be sourced for less younger with less mileage.
  23. I was only guilty of advising him to base offers over 5k to gain more interest, he didn't have to accept anything less than 6, which incidentally is what he is looking for.
  24. The wheel colour really goes with the silver. Perfect contrast.
  25. Ouch ... Ouch ... If you are posting this with me in mind, Camy and I have spoken by Pm and discussed why I made those judgements. If somebody else's ears are burning then excuse me.
