Start with 280 then work your way up to 1400??? If 280 isn't enough then try lower. It needs to looks right at this stage not be covered up with paint later. Paint is not makeup.

So sorry to hear about this Ian. My thoughts are with you and your family.

So today was my first detail of the year. Didn't have enough time to do everything I wanted. But it's now setup for a much easier job next time. Car was washed as usual and Then used autoglym intensive tar remover all over the body. So much tar. Clay bar whole car as always then polished the front of the car. Will do doors back another time. Waxed with a plain one for now. Wanted protection as opposed to concours atm.

Yeah I know. All in due time. Got too many other bits on my priority list atm.

Yeah it works perfectly. No issues. It was just a simple little box to connect to the back of the pioneer and then into the steering wheel control bit.

Did not realise they've gone up loads! 10% of the total value. So if it goes for £350 as I hope, that's £35 gone. Swear it wasn't that much years ago when I last used it. £215 ATM though
