    Hoping the company that made my custom exhaust with its "lifetime guarantee" are fed up with me taking it back due to it breaking all the time and will give me a nice discount and fit the new DC to get rid of me. otherwise I would have a long time ago Aiming for £600 and free fitting plus flog my old one one ebay as broken but fixable for £80 or something.

    Can only view them small size, but they look fine to me, mine is sitting at a 30* angle due to a weld on a bracket breaking any photos of the underside of the system? Hope I wont have to use exhaust sealer tho

    Hey mate, just been reading up on spark plugs (gaps) and cant remember 100% but did you say you were using 2step colder plugs? could this be the issue with your idle problems? Just a shot in the dark

    Brilliant thanks for the reply. Was the fitment issue down to the diff housing cooling fins? (mine is an import so will not have this issue) or was it do to hangers or something else? i.e. will I be able to sort it myself with basic tools?

    how is an exaust going to bend your rods unless you have a rediculose amount of back pressure i dont understand? you answered your question, I think my back presure is too much as I have more torque than hp so I dont want to take the risk of my 400hp aim producing 400+ torque=bent rods

    Hope to order the DC xpipe exhaust this week but cant find the pipe diameter anywhere, i have emailed them directly many times with no reply! I know its late and there aint many dc owners but does anyone have the info? About to go FI so cant have <2" The custom one I have at the mo is very similar bar its poor quality/leaking at the join with the decats

    have you tryd the reset procedure? best way to cure it is with uprev, but that leads down a dark dangerous path
