  1. If you post the add, mabe one of our kind members might be close enough to give it the once over for you. I bought privately and glad I did, turned up at his house to find a shrine to the car in his garage so knew it had been looked after
  2. I didnt know you could change the spring sizes? Altho I think you mean spring rates? I just went for 10kg front and 8kg rear as this does not seem too soft or hard for my use. I was looking at the hsd which were quite a bit higher but the bigger manufacturers tended to go for 10&8. I didnt buy the extenders yet as the company I bought from didnt sell them(but they were very cheap for the coilovers). Cheers for the link to fit coilovers!
  3. Just ordered myself a set, will try and fit them myself just need some spring compressing clamps to get the old ones off apart from that just normal tools I suspect. Then off for an alignment Did you get the rear dampener extenders? If so what size did you go for?
  4. Looks great and before anyone else can get in there. Just needs lowering
  5. I have pulled out guys as I am unsure if some parts will fit my car. Gutted
  6. Do they have/need spigot rings? they look big enough to fit, and roadster should have the same brake setup.
  7. mabe one of these
  8. If the 350z Suspension Package 1 will be £600 I would be interested. (Guess my respray will have to wait )
  9. Do you go to the gym at all? My dad has a bad back but finds it better when he goes to the gym, he had a old golf and a tts, he did say the sport mode on the tt would hurt after a long drive but also said the wallowing/rocking from the golf hurt aslwell if he drove it fast. What is your seating possition like in the z? Do you sit at a angle or have the seat back vertical?
  10. It was P15ULT, the bodyshop he recommended is called Simon's in Irvine. was a bunch of kids and simon so their experience is probably poor as they are all young. Didn't have much hope as they left rags in the boot and didn't fit the boot light back in its place. But you get what you pay for Now I dont trust anyone and expect to pay a bit. Arnold clark quoted me £700 over the phone and they resprayed my oem bumper, so might give them a go if I dont find anyone else. Just a bit bummed as I was going to buy coilovers.
  11. The rear bumper is the worst, looks like this all over.
  12. Washed my car today and my bodykit blistered everywhere, has been on for just under a year. Was painted by a local bodyshop who were recommended by a forum user(same guy I bought the kit off). The colour match was great but looks like they didnt bother with the prep work, think the salt/cold air took its toll on it. Washed with autoglym so not even cheap shampoo. I paid cash/no receipt so dont expect any come back, just looking for a pro bodyshop to do the work right this time Anyone recommend anywhere in Scotland that are good? Might just get a wrap and sand down the blisters myself so no bumps.(probs cost the same?) Going to phone Kilmarnock Arnold Clark for a

  21. need to let us know how the new suspension feels? did the rear adjustment screws fit perfectly through the holes already in the rear strut bar?
  22. At least they were going the correct direction, up my way a guy was filmed going the wrong way up a dual carriage way in his clio then out accelerating cars on the correct side of the road caused cars to go off the road into the verge.
