  1. No guarantee it still has it though Why not? Not actually removable item unless you have the hardware and software to do it with Yes but the license is saleable isn't it and that is most of the cost Almost certainly it is still on the car but it can't be taken for granted that was my point... If it has then a nice bonus and I doubt the dealer would even be aware
  2. +1 especially if you need it for a 2nd car
  3. This is allowed if you become a hairdresser Well I had an operation on Thursday on my head to remove some glass from my accident 27 years ago, turned out to be the size of an almond in its shell , a huge cyst with the glass in it, but, the Dr wouldnt let me keep it, but i looked at it,so does that me a hair dresser now i have 200 stitches in my head, 197 from my accident and 3 on Thursday.....hope i never go bald.... I'm only jealous as my haircut days are well and truly behind me As for the carpet comment, neither are spotless I will get my hired help to sort them out
  4. Oh, go then happy birthday David and hope 50 shades of grey works for you cos thinking you are 21 don't I was fishing for a smurf but he isn't biting Expect that 50 shades of grey is taking its toll, him still being on his honeymoon and all that I believe in Grahams case it is 50 shades of sliver and blue
  5. Yeah I am not sure I would want oceans of it everywhere but on small itemsike the key fob or door pillars it looks really nice, better than a vinyl wrap I would say from experience
  6. Oh, go then happy birthday David and hope 50 shades of grey works for you cos thinking you are 21 don't I was fishing for a smurf but he isn't biting
  7. I do see someone for counselling.... the trouble is it's Graham I think the 2 of us have the most severe strain of the disease, his has manifested itself in all things silver, blue & smurf like, mine has gone down a slightly darker route with carbon fibre, cross dressing and potatoes
  8. No guarantee it still has it though
  9. Any new cat back will solve the problem Your cats will almost certainly be fine, they are at the front of the system and are a bit more robust than the flanges on the backbox....
  10. The boot release is obviously on the alarm 'ring' so if someone has bodged a connection somewhere that would explain it I guess... hope you get it sorted buddy
  11. It is just getting worse and worse the amount of rain that fell last night here was just unbelievable Glad you survived the monsoon Annie if you are planning to build an Ark please let me know as long as having a split personality counts as a pair
  12. The worrying thing is I took that pic this morning before I even saw this thread
  13. Oi that is slanderous, the only biscuit I have dipped today was a hobnob honest !
  14. I'm not a fan of the matt black look myself but it looks like a job well done I am guessing black wheels, blacked out lights and tints are on the agenda.... you should do your headlining black too if you are going for the complete look
  15. 11. you take pictures of 2 zed related potatoes with Zed keys at silly o'clock on a sunday morning
  16. Thanks for missing mine today too Call yourself a friend
  17. Yeah the finish feels tough if you know what I mean A couple of friends wanted to get in on the act
  18. 9. you are on a Zed forum at silly o'clock on a Sunday morning
  19. I didn't find it confusing 20mm - £85 25mm - £90 £175 for the most popular combo front & back or £90 for 2 x 25mm like the OP is after... I have Eibach ones myself which I puchased from CS many many moons and miles ago
  20. +1 I have the bird view system, I like it up until the point someone says "here's the postcode" at which point bird view fails. It only takes street names and towns, which can be troublesome. Yeah I just don't get that at all, I have the same thing with my OEM nav in the Leon The Navman in the Zed lets you enter whatever you want in whatever detail you want i.e. post code on its own or postcode, then road then house number etc. It's the extras too it cost me £20 for a traffic add on that updates and routes you around black spots with no subscription and I paid £25 for a years worth of speed cam updates. You get free map tweaks here and there as well, but you do have to pay when there is a major update which is fair enough I guess Only thing with mine is I think I have fried the battery not really an issue as when the ignition is on the nav runs from that anyway
  21. 7. When your other half does drive the Zed, she phones you to say the Zed got their ok
  22. 4. your mods total more than the value of the car
  23. Steve, Humpy and I did a little drive in each others cars the other weekend. I honestly thought the Cobra already had Berks it sounds really meaty, I am not sure if Humpy already has an aftermarket Y-pipe though too I love my Milltek & Berks but I have to say if I was buying an exhaust now and I was on a budget I would probably get a Cobra, I think I would do a reverse bumper tuck to hide the little back box though It just doesn't look right, it's like Janette Krankie with the voice of Brian Blessed
