  1. Cool pics dude! The g/f is hoping to drag me there next year to see her family. If your photos are anything to go by, looks like I'll enjoy the trip!
  2. I thought maybe that's how it's meant to be, it just seems a little 'too' little pad connection
  3. It is yes, this one -> http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=13739
  4. As Summer is rolling in (apparantly) and I'm pretty much content with how my Zed is looking and driving. This year and next It's all about the penny saving including a mass of holidays; Turkey with mates, Eygpt with the g/f (payback for Turkey with mates ) and Canada boarding next year. With the extra copper I've set about putting my money into something worthwhile...my bike. Quitting smoking earlier in January and on a whole new 'health-kick' I think it's a great hobby to get back into. I have a Kona Shred (a dirt jump bike initially, although now being used more for XC and Downhill status). Just purchased a rear Hope M4 brake with a floating saw rotor 183mm, fitted today and went out with a friend around the local trails. Can't fault it, works a treat!! .. ... I do have a slight niggle though if anyone bicycl'y-mided may shed some light. Being a post mount rear I had to use an adaptor for the caliper however, the pads are only in connection with about 2/3's of the rotor width. I can't see any other problem other than the wrong size caliper mount adaptor. In conclusion there's a question in my essay of course, but all in all just wondering what other people have on their plate for the year hobbies /holiday ~ise!
  5. Reminds me of the Turkish 2010 incident when 'Webber crashed into Vettell'.....course he did!
  6. Had the same problem again yesterday, kept my foot down and after the inital loss of power it came back then went again. After asking the father he had a similar problem with his old Vectra, happened to mention an 'air problem' being the cause. Going to replace the MAF sensor like Neil has mentioned see if that fixes things.
  7. No lights other than the constant "esp off" light. No Uprev either. The car's just had a service and it seems to have happened since then
  8. Basically its the same as when you hit the rev limiter. Clutch is fine i've had no slipping problems with it. Its very weird, only happened twice but other times i overtake its fine.
  9. If the traction breaks the revs will die with esp on. I generally keep the esp off when overtaking.
  10. Chaps i have an issue. It happened once last week and now again today. When in 3rd gear and overtaking, the power dies as if i've reached the rev limiter. The problem is this is about 4k revs and NOT the limit. The esp is off when this happens too. Any help welcomed!!!!
  11. Good lad! My fav wheel style! (not just saying that 'cause I have them! )
  12. Button! Woop!! Thoroughly enjoyed watching on Sky (although agreed that the new presenters are boring as hell!). Would've been even better if I hadn't heard who'd won on the radio earlier! McLaren seem to have nailed it the start of this year, good to see them go their own way instead of trying to catch up with other teams innovations. Shows they have pace when Vettel was trying to catch up and Button maintained the gap and then posted a fastest lap near the end to put 'the finger' in his place!
