Front discs and pads JUST replaced. 03 60k, New OEM Brembo discs and Ferodo DS2500 from ZMANALEX....had to collect my head from a few hundred metres down the road after some harsh braking on the new install!

Clean! Nice background too!

Wasso - I highly recommend Alex for all your braking needs!! My amateur opinion is that the pistons were completely off But I'm no expert in these matters! The pics don't show it too well, but there's not alot left at all! The lips on the old discs were huge though most of it looks like it had rusted and broken off over the years!

As the title suggests, Alex has possibly literally been a life saver! A short while back I bought some front discs and pads and finally got round to fitting them this afternoon....well I paid my friend The new brembo discs and Ferodo pads are amazing, such stopping power made me think I must not have had working brakes before! ...how right I almost was! Here's some pics of the old discs /pads:

Think you'd do better with a JWT popcharger or Apexi if you're after sound, panel filter if performance. Just my 2 cents I'm sure one of the 'wise-guys' will be along soon to set the record straight!

Hi Seany! I'm soon to be taking my OEM off, Once it's off I can assess what condition it's in. Although I'd hazard a guess it's pretty much brand new, previous owner had it fitted several months before a P3 and that was in Feb this year. I'll see if the midpipe was changed too. Will PM you this following week, once I can have a good look at it! Hope this helps!!
