Sounds like a bad passenger side cat (P0430). Stock cats are covered under the federal emissions warranty for 8yrs/80K. You can try swaping the rear 02's side to side to see if it code changes to P0420 (driver side) but it's most likely the cat.

Most early cars came without RAYS as they were a £1000 option Yea, but when I ordered mine (early 2004) I was told that all cars were coming into UK with the Rays option fitted, so it was a no-option option i.e. you had to take the Rays and pay the £1000.00

Am I the only one that goes round all the windows with warm water before I start her up? I then let the car (and the seat ) warm up before going over the washer tubes again with warm water. I then give the washers a go before I finally set off. That way I have no probs.
