When I had a Zed I had the same problem. Every time I went past Highgate Cemetery I heard a loud humming coming from the back of the car ... sounded a bit like Queen playing Bohemian Rhapsody ... but backwards Then I realised. It was just Freddie Mercury decomposing !

Most people go for 10mm front, 20mm rear with no issues. Are you sure your Rays are 19" ?

Don't know if you're aware - there's a lug on the front hubs to prevent the rear wheels being fitted on the front, but of course that doesn't prevent vice versa. Maybe a rear wheel was damaged and someone put a front wheel they had kicking around on the rear to save money before you got the car ???

Just a silly thought ... are you sure you haven't got a front wheel on the back ?
