agree!! i would be down there with 6 of my biggest mates "asking" for a full refund and any cost that occurs fixing his car!! it good that he is getting a damage report tho. its something to wave in MR WRAPPERS face when all is fixed. what a joke!!

well i spoke to croydon nissan who said they would ring me back, they didnt. so not a good start. bromley is not too bad. as long as they know what they are doing.

i have had the 370z for about 6 weeks now. im loving it however, i am finding a few problems:- *the gear changes are a bit notchy. *a bit of crunching between 1st and 2nd. *when in neutral there is a sort of very slight grinding noise. push the clutch down and it fades. *had the clutch pedal stick on the floor when giving it beans. *excess vibration on the gearstick when in neutral these problems are giving me concern that the clutch and gearbox are worn. it has only done 11k. its within warranty. gonna take it into Nissan in croydon to see if they can do anything. anybody had any dealings with these problems or Nissan Croydon? Too expensive imo. Early import, could get a uk one for that price easy. Looks nice tho. But at 65k (uk miles). Its too much

well, yesterday i was asked by one of my mates would i like to go to a heritage Vauxhall meet in Luton. loving everything to do with cars i said i'd be there with knobs on. anyway he owns a 2l 4x4 turbo Calibra. it does need a bit of TLC but runs and goes VERY well. i didnt take any pics myself but here is a link to some that others took. the turn out was pretty poor but only due to the fact it was very, very late notice from the heritage center. http://www.clubcalibra.com/clubcalibra- ... 2/new/#new anyway, whilst there we met up with a chap called Dan and his other half Gail. now my mate has met him once before on another meet. so after walking round the center, he said come back to mine and we'll have a BBQ. they laid on a massive BBQ for me and Mark and we ate like kings. i had never met the bloke before and it was awesome the hospitality we both got. just wanted to relay the power of these "car" forums. they are so great, i have met some awesome people through the sites i have been on. and for anybody thinking, "its a bit geek" it bloody not. cheers Mark

Sorry to hijack, But do you get vibration through the gear stick? I used to get it in my 350. But i thought it had been sorted in the newer cars. Certainly didnt expect it in my 370.

Totally know what your going through mate. Its a long road but its bloody worth it. I have fused bones and a crap load of titanium in my back. As said before get the physio its worth it. Get well soon buddy

what spec are you looking at?

basically i replaced the silver ones with chrome black ones. it comes in a plastic box which has the little indents for each individual lettering. so get it level and use the box as a template.

This is what i thought, perhaps it was a way to stop the gears engaging under such stress. However this is a sports car after all. The car has to go into condesation in the rear and front light. So i will ask them about this 'issue'. They probably wont have a clue. I'll keep you updated colin.
