Yeah..it's a lot of money them cars but it always look like they couldn't care less. Wish i could have a job like that and earning big bucks and staying in a big mansion like Hammond and gang.

If it's only a temporary glitch, the light should go off permanently after the ECU reset. Mine comes back on after restarting or cranking the engine or within 5 mins of the reset. I am not technical but have learnt quite a fair bit about the sick car.

Agree. I think for a Y reg plate with that mileage, it's slightly overpriced.

Hi matey..where are your location? There might be few Zed specialist around your area. Nissan garages are called stealer for a reason..they charge exorbitant price on parts and labour and simple diagnostic work. Don't pay £190 for an O2 sensor..that's too much. PM our resident Zed specialists ZMANALEX or R35LEE, they will sort you out. Those two know a hell lot about the Zed. I am currently having the same problem with the check engine management light. It says the O2 sensor but I have replaced this and the mass air flow sensor...and the lights are still on. the error engine code might not necessary tells you which component/sensor needs changing. It can be other sensor or electrical parts. I am hoping i will get it sorted soon..it's a sick Zed at the moment Much as i enjoy driving it, it's still not right to be driving around with your engine mangement light constantly on. So i know what you mean. Have been told that They can be pain in the a**se to sort out if your car has ever been water damaged like mine. My car runs ok..not notice any different in fuel consumption either..touchwood. btw.

They will always be mixed opinions about everything..it's a bit like Marmite. To be honest, i like both of them Top Gear and Fifth Gear..ie anything to do with cars.

+1. I'm having a Nismo Version 1 fitted purely because i didn't like the look of the canards on the N2 version. I am having the LED reflectors on the bumper fitted at the same time Will post a picture when i get it back next week.

+1. Yeah..them driving through the gypsy village and spending the night under the dam. Is it just me but Top Gear seems to be testing out just lavish cars that only footballer could afford. Every car road tested on that show is worth 6 figures!! Or the top end of 5 figures. Fifth Gear is probably the least popular of the two but sometimes they have the right balance and mixture of cars. Top Gear has better entertainment values though.

+1. Think the price for second hand Zed had gone up in recent months. Think 11k with good haggling skills will make your Zed hunting easier if you can afford it.

Have a look under Servicing..Praises and Woes. Tells you all the good garages and the bad ones. Think there should be quite a few in your area.

Hi Ian..I'm near King's Mill. So do you have a garage in Kirby then? It's difficult to find Zed specialist in the Nottinghamshire area. Nissan in this area Mansfield and Nottingham are both rubbish. Any meets around here?...err..think there was one near Calverton not long ago. Not been to one yet.

Just to add another to the Good list. Mobile Fleetcare, Freeth Street in Nottingham Had bits and bobs done on the Zed. Been very impressed so far. They seem to do quite a few 300ZX and have started doing a few Zeds in the area. Will post an update once i have few more things sorted out.Ask for Mick the chief technician and say Michael with the Zed recommended you.
