Looks potentially repairable IMO. Depending on where it goes I imagine they will try that as a preferance over a new bumper if their insurance is paying tbh How big is the crack? Check the flank of the bumper as well for ripple where it has pushed in. They are pretty good at repairing bumpers now

Have you checked clutch fluid? normal complaint is its too high! Some people have commented that changing gearbox oil helps smoothness also.
