I wouldn't import any FI zed. You would have no history and any go back with the modifications added. Buy one that is already here with a history and a tuners who has carried out the install

common issue with the exhaust as it gets around 4 years old. Cheapest option is to get it welded or then a used item from ZMANALEX or R35LEE

Get it re gassed would be the first thing to test. If any leaks it should be spotable as they put a luminous dye in the coolant
