Look at their comparative success since 1996. Still hate Wenger? Oh and by the way, Villa have spent more (net) in the last 15 years for how many trophies? As have Liverpool, Spurs, Newcastle, Leeds, Everton etc. 3. Yes, a genius. Acknowledged as unsurpassed in the modern game. Did you hate him when you watched the gangly Juventus winger slot 226 goals for us? 4. Well, I'm a true fan in my 41st year of supporting them since I was 7. You should care about the bank balance because when Chelsea, Man City etc etc. have lost their sugar daddies and become the next Leeds or Portsmouth you will still be watching Arsenal in the Premiership. If you know your football history you'll know what happened to Derby or Preston North End or Sheffield Wednesday. All "Invincible clubs" in their day who never invested in the future. Where are they??? The "point" of a football club is not to win trophies. If that was the case about 90 football clubs lead pointless existences each (and nearly every) year. In my view the point of a football club is to play football brilliantly and entertainingly and this should lead to trophies AND a healthy profit. The model of Man C and Chelsea is unsustainable (Barcelona's is better with fan ownership) Wenger knows this and he is backed by the board in refusing to pay ridiculous transfer fees and salaries. IMO Wenger will be with the club in some form until June 2014 and will produce one more great team to add to the 3 great teams he has already produced. Looks your your bile has got a lot of time to boil in your throat. Open your heart and enjoy the ride.

Pathetic comment. Wenger has taken the club (1996) from a position where they were similar to say, Aston Villa (tatty stadium, won a few cups, best years behind them) to a team that between 2001-2006 were quite simply one of the greatest ever seen. I rated those teams he put together as only bettered by the Gullit-era 1990s AC Milan and the current Barcelona team. The beauty of the play over the last 10 years has made me cry with joy on occasions. I kid you not. He has been a genius spotter of talent (Henry, Pires, Viera, Fabregas, Nasri, Anelka) and sold these players for astronomical profit which has resulted in a fantastic stadium, London Colney training ground and an envious bank balance. Yes, on Sunday he should have played 5 across midfield but I suspect he has already conceded that we won't compete this season and deliberately lost to force the board's hand. Don't forget Wenger does not buy players, they do. You should be ashamed of yourself for "hating" a great manager who has given me (and countless others) fantasytic pleasure for 15 years.

Nope. That Amalfitano road is impossible to drive at more than 5 mph. The only way to get around is bus or scooter. I left the car in the hotel car park for 5 days when we stayed in Praiano (near Amalfi) as it wasn't fun at all. Especially when you destroyed the brakes a few days earlier............ The vid above is the SS182 from Vibo Valentia to Serra San Bruno, about 5 hours South of where you are thinking. That was fun. we stayed in praino for our honeymoon. we stayed at the case angelina http://www.italytraveller.com/en/z/casa-angelina. We got the driver to pick us up after dropping the hire car off at naples. Had done enough driving so time to relax and what a wonderful place to do it. great little wine bar just behind the hotel on the main road. As long as you bought a glass of wine he'd feed you for free. Nice hotel. Bit more expensive then La Perla where we stayed, but the view at breakfast was ok..................
