Welcome bud... Can't really tell you anything about common faults as not had any yet 'touch wood'..... Ive had a few Jap cars and can vouch that they are the most reliable cars you can buy..... Just do the usual checks, take your time buying, try and get something with full service history and low or average miles and you should be fine, if your a mechanic (REME - I assume) then you will know more than most anyway. I am looking at that sort of age, and would be interested, but there are limits to my wife's tolerance on car and orange would unfortunately be beyond the threshold. I know that sounds stupid, but of all the colours, orange is probably the worst one in that respect. Moreover, ideally I would have preferred lower mileage despite the bombproof engines and all that. Not seen anyone with it, but I bet its a biatch to fit and if you mess up it will look shite, plus when it comes time to take it off it will probably end up doing more damage to the paintwork than not having it in the first place. I maybe completely wrong but im always wary of this type of stuff, especially from flea bay

Hi All Something im looking to change eventually is my Cloth seats to Leather. Ive seen GT leather seats for sale and im assuming they would just fit straight in on the existing runners ??? But im also thinking would it be easier,cheaper & better to get my old ones re-trimmed in leather with a custom style, like below. You can get the seats covers from US and then its DIY time. I think they look pretty good but I bet they are a biatch to fit. Anyone got any ideas or know of any uk companies doin this kinda thing at reasonable rates ??

Yeah keep the rays for sell up time. Buy the Linea's 'very nice' , I really wouldnt worry bout having winter wheels. Its salt on the roads that causes the damage but if you clean the wheels regular and put some protective coating on them they should be fine.

Sounds like your not after advice ... but I was in a similar predicament Ive got a blade, completely standard with nismo spoiler and other std wheels. I got an advisery on my mot that the tires need changing but thought by the time ive bought new tires n refurbed I may as well buy some different ones. I went for SIHNK Nismo's in the end which I shud be picking up this weekend. They are gun metal and I still cant decide whether to spray them silver or keep them as they are, I also want a carbon lip, might look good with the wheels. I think you would prob be better putting the money you were gonna spend towards something like BMs wheels, they are awesome and they will transform your car so much more than spraying your rays... Up to you buddy at the end of the day good luck
