How is everyones Japanese accent when reading this ??? Im crap at accents but in my mind this one sounds particularly impressive

Very minor issues, plus I prefer the square reg plates but thats just my opinion... My car was imported with 5k mile on it and has full uk service history, I would advise looking for something similar if you do go for an import... Nissans have a good reliable engine so if its been regularly maintained you should be fine Nurrish 'member' does sat navs if thats an issue, don't think the stereo should be an issue mine wasn't but I got rid of it anyway as I wanted an Ipod/Alpine stereo. Theres not as much of a stigma on imports nowadays, my only regret was not getting the GT pack. Which your obviously gonna get. At the end of the day its up to you bud... if imports put you off then take your time be patient and a UK one will more than likely pop up on the radar... im always searching and monitoring prices on used car websites so if I come across one I will try and let you know.

Having re-read your original post I see that you put you didnt want an Import... Not sure why an import would scare you off though... there loads of us on here that own them and there's not an issue. You buy them cheaper 'a little' and sell them cheaper, they don't depreciate at a faster rate than the uk ones and there is plenty of demand when its time to sell. Just do a search on Auto trader 350z under 10k or try Pistonheads or if your patient one might come up on here. You will have more options if you go for an import at that price range though bud.

Austin One of my mates is selling his Silver R32. Its in mint condition totally standard with around 25k on the clock, think its a 57 plate but I would have to double check. Anyway he is a right lazy git and he was gonna accept a ridiculous offer on a p/x for a boxster last weekend. Unfortunately for him the boxster sold. I offered to go round and detail it and get some pics etc to put on A.Trader but if your interested I can have a word with him. I was gonna advertise it for him for £15k as that seems to be the going rate. I know he will take a lot less than that for a quick sale though. Welcome bud Out of the kindness of my heart I would be willing to swap my 350z with you if you would like to have more fun. I don't mind suffering the boredom of the GTR while you go out there and have fun with my Zed

You would probably be better off going into your local dvla office. Theres one at 46 West Campbell Street in Glasgow. Sometimes its easier explaining things to someone face to face rather than over the phone... Good luck though and let us know how it pans out

I obviously agree the 350z is a much much nicer car but im surprised he thought it was quicker. I owned an STI (Below) for about 6 months and I have to say it was lightning quick, it was much faster 0-60 than the 350Z but not in the same league as the Zed when it comes to driving pleasure. Things that annoyed me about the STI was constant need to change gear and high revving. Oh and when someone said it was chavvy then it got put on Auto Trader the next day ( If you read the 'Who Farted' thread you will probably realise why I got peed off when people were saying the 350z was chavvy)

I know I said I wasn't gonna post on this thread again but the thread has changed dramatically and probably for the better really. To be honest after even more reflection and having been out for several Stella's today I am completey chilled out. It did get my back up people saying the car is turning chavvy but I felt the baby kick in my missus tummy for the first time today, that's amazing and i'm getting upset because of a few guys opinions... Reality check - it's just a car.... Anyway I didn't want to get into an arguement or be confrontational with anyone so if I offended anyone I just want to say sorry and no hard feelings.... I agree with you bud.(b4 Rt) This will be My last post on this subject as it's really hacked me off listening to some of the opinions given on this. If people going for unusual mods and the availibility of cheaper zeds is bothering you then your pretty shallow IMO and yeah maybe it is time for a change and good luck for the future. I wouldn't recommend another jap car though. As for me, I will be keeping my zed as long as possible and enjoying it and this club while I'm owning it. See it doesn't bother me what other people want to do to their cars or how they drive .. Each to there own, I don't lose sleep over what other people do. Chris I , your post about moving to the 370z forum when the chavs start buying zeds intrigued me... Your a moderator, honestly not sure what that involves but I would assume you should be promoting the club and I don't really think you managed that with those comments bud. However like everyone else your entitled to your opinion. Finally my whole reason for the bee in my bonnet on this thread is to defend the zed, not chavs... I just think some of the comments made recently have been really rude especially to the dude with the extreme roadster, poor guy must think we are right nasty bunch. The Zed is not a chav car - end of The zed will never be a chav car
