  1. Ian, you would be ashamed of the colour of my engine bay The dirtiest part of your engine bay is still cleaner than my cleanest part
  2. I'm a coach driver (for my sins!) Work driving up and down the country for National Express Hannah x My uncle does the london scotland run also for national express... You're braver than I, fook driving a coach with all those peoples lifes at your hands Theres an abundance of female truck drivers appearing up here also... On a brighter note at least you wont have issues parking the zed like other female owners on here
  3. Thats good ! What sort of professional driver may I ask?
  4. Ive not heard a buddy club in the flesh but either way it will be bloody loud lol. lol not for the faint hearted. If im in town and rip it in 1st I can make girls scream
  5. Im not sure dblock. The buddyclub is louder than the k1 I had but a much nicer tone. Squees was over 115db I think with hfc's. I'm running decats which I assume make it even louder.
  6. We all no zedrush would be head moderator in a fight. Would love a charity boxing match on here though between mods and members, would be well up for that
  7. Cossie = WIN! I wish Alex would hurry up and sell me his ! Towing caravan with it.. Not so much
  8. Sorry I'm not sure but did this not happen when you blow the bcm?
  9. Lol dblock, this is the points I'm making. Alex has a very intelligent suspension set up to put the power down along with that huge wing. Also the biggest factor is the driver and Alex is one awesome driver. I imagine me behind the wheel of that tt zed would end in a cloud of smoke and a barrier impaled in the bodywork
  10. What I would add is a mapped 350z in n/a form is brilliant to drive. Good fun, sharp and got a good amount of torque so no matter the gains it's still gonna be a better car to drive afterwards
  11. The dyno I use is the same as RS Tunings. Only a few cars have achieved over 300bhp and there does seem to be quite a variation between seemingly identical cars. My blue 350Z started at 258 at the fly, my silver one started at 285 - both on the same dyno with same wheels. They both gained about 25hp with spacer, decats and remap - as Mark says, more than that is difficult without major work. Yeah I know matey, you have very good figures coming from your remaps. Ooop north seem to struggle for big gains. Don't know how accurate all dyno's are really but all you need to look at really is before and after
  12. To gain more than 25bhp on a N/A car is very hard. Look at your gains from before to after the dyno. This ^^^^ I gained 12.5 with uprev on rs's dyno.
  13. Nope. I thinks theres only 2 or 3 on here I have noticed breaking 300bhp/265hub on abbeys dyno or rs tunings dyno. The dyno used by Horsham reads particularly high in comparison. All dyno's are different but comparing the two major on here I have only seen a couple break 300bhp.
  14. Then you need good suspension to put it down and grip also lol It's an endless list. 400hp has been proven safe on a de engine, especially the rev up, Darren's car made awesome power also with the charger. Saying that, 4.5 secs is lambo territory which in a real world would be very hard to achieve with a fully weighted cabrio. The hr engine will do it much easier I reckon as the twin chargers are producing alot more power.
  15. Hahaha get it done!!! Do the calcs lol, I thought you were a number boffin lol
  16. Shaving a second requires more power than you think though. Are you not a numbers guy lol, I'm sure somebody to do the calcs for this about weight and acceleration
  17. I used to be that rough man, but smooth as silk now Yeah right
  18. Even the 296 struggles to break the 300hp mark in n/a form
  19. I'll be suprised if a supercharged car will do 0-60 in 4.5 except keysers. If you go big power remember you need to stop and also good suspension set up to put the power down. So add another few grand for brakes and a couple for suspension.
  20. not many people have that deep a set of pockets though lol I expect for what alex has in his engine you could buy a 3 bedroom detached house where I live
  21. If I were you I'd do a lot of reading before dedicating to this sort of modding. Superchargers have limits, keyser is exploring them at the moment and not very cheaply I may add. Twin turbos and a full engine build with forged block, internals, bottom end etc will be required to make big power and fast times
  22. Have you got about 20k for a build? 4.4 is Supercar times and not cheaply achieved. 350z is not a good car to drag race with, especially a convertible.
  23. See if you can pick out my buddyclub system in these vids lol.... Sorry about the post edits. Severe link fail
