why whats the big no no? very sensitive, runs straight from the body control module with no protection. BCM costly thing to break and its v easy AH got you. daft design could a fail safe not be put in place or is it easier just not to touch it? having gone through two of them now myself i'd say just leave it alone its not just about shorting it out so a fuse wont do, its so easily overloaded.
