Hmm, they sent out a replacement and the courier picked up my system at the same time. At least, that was the plan, the courier actually returned about 5 days later to pick up the old system. Perhaps it depends on the issue? In my case, the weld inside of the tailpipes had failed, causing an unholy rattling at low revs. Probably not the best solution for you, but it may be an idea to see if you can pop down to their site on a Saturday, then they can swap the systems at their cost?

Japspeed sorted me out a direct replacement no questions asked from that same group buy with a K2 recently, so can't see a reason why not!

Hmm, this sounds like an issue I've been suffering lately, though I've also had a few occasions where the window has not lowered when the door is closed, but significantly later. Always a nice surprise when you are about to set off for work, to find the window down all night in the rain. I'll see about performing this reset procedure when I take my car to my m8 on Saturday to do the rear pads, I'm sure he'll figure out how to get the door card off.

3-4 years from now I'll probably look at a 370z, a VXR8, or if i scale a few rungs in the meantime, a C6 if I can live with it.

Mines been spot on, and I've found Japspeed great to deal with. When I had a little problem with my K2, they replaced the entire system 6 months down the line, no questions asked. Can't really ask for more in terms of service?
