Just thinking, you always try a bit of machine polishing to bring your bonnets colour back if you feel there is a significant difference. I recently done my whole car and now most days when im walking up to it, i take a glance and realise how dull my paint had become through time. Just a thought

Cheers mate, I wasn't sure on it myself but I've been impressed on the azure it really gives it almost like a 'layer' of shine and the water repelling has been good so far with just one light coat I'll top up hte wax again in a few weeks for the summer.

I think it will come in a base primer from Nissan bud.

I'll admit to having took mine to some of these washes. However after giving the car a proper detail, it'll never go back. I'd rather the car sat dirty for an extra week than incorrectly wash it and smash all my hard work with the polisher.

Wow I will nip in to my local one and give it the old ''well other Nissan dealerships are selling for alot less'' and see what they come back with. If you could get me an exact part number that would be great if you still have the paperwork reasonably handy. Cheers Zeus!

I had to do the same thing with an ad for an HR zed but they still werent sure. Were you in the parts department in person? Can't believe they just managed to give you a discount is there a forum discount or that you said to use?

I phoned my local Nissan who werent exactly on the ball for information. They couldnt tell me if the bonnet they looked up was the correct one. Also quoted me over £300 for one. Does anyone have the part number?

I'm looking a genuine nissan hr bonnet or a replica thats already been fitted with no huge gaps etc. Regardless of colour although azure would be desirable. Please drop me a pm!

No mods this time but a detailing session using my new kestral das6 polisher. For those interested. I used meguiars ultimate compound on a cutting pad then autoglym hd wax. My first attempt so I've seen a couple spots I could've done better but very happy with the results. Made the ultimate sin though no before pics.

Was that Cruze wheels aswell Vlad? I can't quite make out the centre cap. Yeah gents I totally agree I don't mind the thought of slightly heavier or wheels prone to damage due to less quality metal and finish. At around £500 for a set though I think they would look good on the car. I would love forgestar wheels but £1800 for a set I simply cannot justify that.

Hey guys just wanting to know your thoughts. I've been thinking of getting a set of wheels purely for the summer months and obviously a quick 350z wheels search of eBay a few sets come up I like the look of. A lot of these wheels mention "caution brembos" which I believe is fine as I have spacers on anyway. This set though catches my eye. Just wondered if anyone has any experience with these wheels?

I used the kestrel machine today. Very good I have to say especially consider the price of its rivals.
